It’s a BBQ + Sushi combo so unfortunately you can’t, but you can always play it safe by ordering cooked stuffs like california, tempura rolls, baked salmon, etc.
I love this spot, I go all the time. It used to be $23.95/person when it debuted. It's not the cheapest though, a couple of months ago, I went to one that was $21.99/person. It was in Koreatown, a new place, but I sadly forgot the name.
I think it's also called AYCE Korean BBQ but in a different corner of Koreatown... Stumbled into it once when I was tipsy lol, but the quality was not good at all and they have limited meat selection down to only brisket, pork belly, and ribeye.

Was about $10/person and higher end places was about $20.
