I share the sentiment. I'm a fairly new immigrant to Canada (8 years here). I'm witnessing daily that the DEI policies, an absolute lack of expectations for assimilation of new immigrants, and the new religion of "multiculturalism" do nothing but divide people. People come here, and instead of adopting the new culture, way of life, sense of community, values, the new Canadian identity that would tie them to other new compatriots etc., everyone stays in their own tiny (sometimes not that tiny) bubble of their own ethnic and/or religious background and hardly ever mingle with people outside.

Finally, someone putting out there what I and most of my contacts are thinking. There is way too much box ticking and not employment purely based on a person true ability to do a job role. Yet another great conversation, thank you.
She is the prettiest woman I've seen in a long time, that's unexpected, I almost want to move to the UK now. Your ladies are absolutely stunning, but she's a few notches above the rest. - From America.
I remember when they were who you sent your CV too, when you wanted a job. Now you need to send them 25 forms of ID, fingerprints, pictures, letters from LG 4KHD TV folk etc. Just to get in for your shift.
The public sector is notorious for wasting money while not properly implementing anything, all the while pompously and condescendingly talking down to the populous. Nothing new here.
The problem with the public sector is it depends on never solving anything. For example if you work for a sector formed to eradicate cockroaches in public housing, succeeding would see the sector closed, so your job is to ensure a constant supply of cockroaches in these houses.
@grannyannie2948 agreed. There is definitely an element of that, but I think it's also plain old bureaucratic incompetence coupled with the condescending notion that people can neither think nor decide for themselves what's best for them, and that they must be helped or told what's best, which simply isn't true, and to which many people respond with justified indignation, or just continue doing their own thing anyway. Cov** was a perfect example of both of these things.
@@n.davidmiller2029 I'm Australian in day to day dealing with the public sector I don't find that, just that they are obsessed with correct paperwork. As for covid that came from much higher up, and it's still difficult to discuss truthfully
I work for a large tech company and it's full of DEI wokeness. So much so, we now have a competency crisis. People are hired because of DEI and can't do the job, don't have the skills and don't fit. That said, I've joined every DEI council and sabotage it from the inside. Recently, I got them believing citing micro aggressions is a micro aggression.
Its refreshing to hear a balanced and intelligent conversation on the subject, and a great relief that Mercy is involved with consulting for the government. Hopefully continuing discourse like this will build a better and more fair future.
The contrast between this interview and Eni Aluko's debate with Andrew Gold last week on DEI is striking. Educated points of view vs emotional word salad.

I think he was referring to remarks from the other interview they did with her.
It’s really good to see Mercy again.
I love Mercy Muroki
Mercy is absolutely brilliant. It's always such a pleasure listening to her speak.
Was wondering what this lass was up to. I used to love watching her and Patrick.
Ahhhh, pandemic-memories
🏴 🥃
Brilliant, beautiful, brave, clear thinking, naturally filled with common sense, and solid, describes Mercy in my opinion! If you ask me to say something negative about her, well, I am sorry, but nothing comes to mind.
I want to be Mercy Muroki when I grow up!
Lovely to see Mercy again, wonderful lady
There is no positive discrimination, only discrimination
Mercy is fantastic and I miss her on gb news. However, I cannot think of anyone better to work with the govt
Queen Muroki is BACK 😮😮😮
Finally, someone putting out there what I and most of my contacts are thinking. There is way too much box ticking and not employment purely based on a person true ability to do a job role.
Yet another great conversation, thank you.
"Somewhere along the line I think we just lost common sense"...
Everything about this woman is perfect 👌
Love mercy ❤
pretty and down to earth. she is awesome
Why did Mercy leave GB News? She was one of my favourite presenters on the channel.
What a lovely articulate young woman. A wonderful role model.
Simple solution: Hire based on ability.
She is just wonderful!
we have not had a conservative government for 14 years at all! They are conservative in name only, they were woke all the way!
A beautiful face and a beautiful heart are God’s gifts to mankind.
Whre has Mercy been? She's a potent mixture of eye candy and brain cells.
Wow she’s so gorgeous - inside & out. She gives me hope for the future.
"Division, Exclusion & Implausibility"
Or Idiocy, both are valid.
Or incompetence
@@poppykins2714 Another good one!
She is the prettiest woman I've seen in a long time, that's unexpected, I almost want to move to the UK now. Your ladies are absolutely stunning, but she's a few notches above the rest.
- From America.
HR (human resources) was the kickstarter for the whole crazy show.
After universities succumbed to the parasite.
I remember when they were who you sent your CV too, when you wanted a job. Now you need to send them 25 forms of ID, fingerprints, pictures, letters from LG 4KHD TV folk etc. Just to get in for your shift.
They are in turn indoctrinated by "grievance" studies at uni. Mickey Mouse revenge classes for disaffected youth.
She's beautiful
What a loss for GBNews when she left
Mercy is well-spoken, graceful and very lovely.
The public sector is notorious for wasting money while not properly implementing anything, all the while pompously and condescendingly talking down to the populous. Nothing new here.
'BBC' springs to mind instantly.
Wow, she is gorgeous.
Backfiring? It is discrimination
She’s just so lovely x
Key phrase there was ‘diversity industry’ it’s big business
The world is a diverse place 🤡
I love this woman
James Lindsay has basically traced the origins of this
My first time hearing her and I really enjoyed listening to her speak. Very intelligent and articulate.
did you notice her resemblance to M. Monroe ?
Mercy, Mercy me.
Good one!!
Mercy is always such a great guest
I work for a large tech company and it's full of DEI wokeness. So much so, we now have a competency crisis. People are hired because of DEI and can't do the job, don't have the skills and don't fit. That said, I've joined every DEI council and sabotage it from the inside. Recently, I got them believing citing micro aggressions is a micro aggression.
Its refreshing to hear a balanced and intelligent conversation on the subject, and a great relief that Mercy is involved with consulting for the government. Hopefully continuing discourse like this will build a better and more fair future.
did you pass any flying pigs as you were riding your unicorn today?
@@lesschinskee keep me out of your sexual fantasies muppet
The contrast between this interview and Eni Aluko's debate with Andrew Gold last week on DEI is striking.
Educated points of view vs emotional word salad.
that was fucking painful to watch - i didn't make it to the end
Wow she is absolutely gorgeous and intelligent
Mercy’s remark re Trudeau was magnificent
