we can highly recommend this place. super professional, and great value for the price. Cebu City has an international airport. Sr. flies out from there to all places in the world, it is very good connected, and he hates going through Manila, even there are better connections to our island.

@@timeepicvideos Kuya Rene is also on our list, to visit soon. From Manila are plenty of flights to Cebu City, and from there 3 hours transfer to Moalboal. ... or from Manila to Dumaguete to dive with us :-)
I had a look at maps now. It is far I and a long way to travel but want to come dive here in Philippines. I wonder how the covid restrictions are to get to philliphens and to travel around here
The restrictions for vaccinated travelers are not really hard, anymore. basically the vaccination certificate, a negative Test, and the local" "One Health Pass" which can be availed online 48 hours before travel. Wait until you see our next 2 videos, which are all diving, they are insane with a once-in-a-lifetime experiences...
