  • Let's talk about the difference between red meat and white meats and what are good and bad sides of both.
    From the very outset we need to know that Meat whether its Red or white is always a good source of cholesterol so if you are a cardiac patient or you are concerned about your heart health you better discuss with your cardiologist or Primary doctor about how much you can consume taking into consideration your heart health.
    Both Red and white Meat are a good source of iron and vitamin B12 as well as other vitamins.
