Hey, I have a question: if I somehow learn computer science and engineering, I won't have a degree, right? So if I can't get a degree, then I won't get a job. So it's all for nothing?
Dude the fact that you took so much time to create a free organizational structure for us to use is mind blowing. It's make me feel a lot less queasy about trying to get into programming. Thanks man!
Dude, you have managed to present solutions to most of the issues I came across as a self-taught person. Curation is the biggest, and OSSU is an amazing tool! Thank you ever so much!
OSSU is amazing. I love the idea that start to programming with C, Python and a language very close to functional programming like Racket. I'm sorry for my bad English, I'm still learning it.
Mentors like you move world forwards. This was my own problem in my studies, assorting information and defining a learning path was very time consuming. Thanks!
i'm a software engineer and I did my bachelor degree in computer science. Your notion doc is really good! Since there's a lot to cover and not everything is strictly necessary to get a software engineering job, I would suggest allocating your time based on the topics you see covered in interview questions. For example, you may want to spend more time learning about virtual memory than about logic gates.
you rocks dude, this is better than I was looking for, I'm a self taught frontend developer but lately I've realize how much lack of deep computer science knowledge I have, so I was looking on something like this to try to close that gap that has been bothering me. Thanks you a lot, definitely you deserve the like and the comment :D
Thank you man! i was learning some stuff but with out a real aim, today and bcz of you i can start my journey with a great curriculum and a clear aim. and i will start this summer and become the future computer scientist without a CS degree!
Dude, I'm so grateful for you. And the fact that all these tips are what you have practiced first-hand, it shows that it's all possible to teach yourself and new skill and have a new career even without spending a lot of money. Thank you, thank you, may God bless you so much.
Every youtube channels I discover below 500 subs have crossed 100k in no time. I’m time stamping a million for you. ;) I’m also self learning Data science along with my engineering degree and you’re giving me more hope and tools to get it done. If you ever do a study with me session or a group, let me know. I’m down!
another approach is to work backward from building a business it will help you decide "what next?" at every turn I did this to teach myself to code. When my idea failed, the hurdle to Big Tech ready was pretty small. And, I was better equipped to tackle the arduous leetcode learning process
Bro You are The Best. I got this video on my Recommended list while I am in a Burn Out period. You Made me Highly Motivate to get started on Coding Again. Thanks For making quality Contents. I hope to see some quality contents on future as well. Peace 👌👌👌
please be like this always(precise, practical, simple and dummy friendly)...so that i can just rely on u instead of searching for hours in yt........Thanks man...u just saved me a loot of time and effort,,and your practical approach to this things is whats makes u standalone than other youtuber..
Hey IMC I'm also like you, a self taught web developer(almost I'm at verge to become one). Looking forward to connect with you on LI or Discord. Great content man.
Just subscribed, this guy really is helping as someone who's trying to self-teach himself. I seen a comment about how you're going to make videos of you going more in depth on how you study/learn things. I hope to watch them soon! Keep up the great work man, I know your channel is going to grow.
Nice mahn. I have been following coding-interview-university. It is a nice structured topic wise curriculum on Datastructures and Algorithms. I'm at 30% of the whole journey.
This is also a reason why university degree is beneficial. it’s structured, provides exposure to industry and you make a lot of friends and experiences.
If possible made videos on how a 16 year like me or a absolute beginner get into programming and share some free resources too. Your guide will be valuable.
I wanted to get into Android app development and was really bashing my head on the internet for a while now. Somebody suggested me to go for OOP 1st and then Kotlin as a beginner and i still have my doubts about it, can you please help me decide what should I do? And btw i watched your video about how I became a software engineer in 4 months and that led me to this one real good content man, definitely following up with you. Keep the good work up.
Thanks for the video. It's great to see you are creating such a high level content as a new channel. I will also start RUclips and your channel is a great example for me to take tips in advance. Keep it up!
dammmmm! bro you have actually set the bar for learning new skills high .Thanks man for this amazing video please keep on posting more such videos and of course you editing skills are amazing too.
You are truly a blessing for me mate! I have been trying to teach myself Software using the internet since a month and boom! The RUclips genie suggested me your channel. Today itself I watched the CS50 lecture and it was fantabulous! Looking forward to learn more from you. Thank You! Ps- do you have any suggestions vis-á-vis how to go about CS50?
Right now I'm learning computer programming or coding by my own, despite that I did it years ago while I was studying FIlm after watching a couple of videos from Code.org thanks to my old brother. Now I'm getting focused on web design and create a Discord bot related to videogames and I want to try it out.
I am more into developing a path in Python and self-studying at the moment. If you have a video, especially on that path I would be so grateful. By the way, enjoying all your material. Found your channel a few days back and going through your videos one by one. Keep up all the good work!!!
I'm going to an University but it doesn't has a good record for placements the courses haven't been updated for god's when. That was when I came accross your videos and started CS50 lectures I will be honest I only have seen the first one and feel like my brain is gonna pop out of my head (probably coz I'm dumb). That aside I extremely appreciate your videos on self learning.
Thank u so much for the notion template dude I just want to share this great work on my Facebook page but before to do that i need the permission from you if it is possible to share it or no . And have a nice day

absolutely. Luckily personally I already have a job so I can do all of it, but for others this is great advice
