why do people like doing all these weird diets when they wanna lose weight? lol is eating in moderation really that much of a struggle?
carbs spike your blood sugar and insulin production which is what causes cravings. Carnivore diet is a good way to stop cravings.
@@Rothbard_is_God8082 veggies dont have as much carbs tho?
Depends on the vegetable. You want to typically avoid plants that are used as thickeners. Corn, wheat, potatoes.
The reason these plants became popular is because they are high in energy.@@MaximaToluene

Ken, an online listing of the seasoning for that chicken consists of: Salt, sodium phosphates, hydrolyzed casein, modified corn starch, SUGAR, DEXTROSE, chicken broth, isolated soy protein lecithin and mono-and-diglycerides. So that chicken really isn't all that much better than the jerky that had sugar. In addition, I'm pretty sure they inject the chickens with a sodium solution to amp up the flavor. No matter what is true, there's a TON of salt in that chicken which is not healthy in that quantity.
yeah he's absolutely not doing carnivore in the strict sense. his foods are meat based, but he's eating tons of chemicals, preservatives, and little bit of sugar and carb from added ingredients
true carnivore is very low ingredient.. it's just meat. maybe some dairy and eggs
he's eating tons of garbage with added ingredients
@@bobdole7292you don't think he eats all those same chemicals when he eats fast food all the time for food reviews....?
He needs to make a living, He chose a job that is very difficult to eat healthy
Pretty hard to find any commercial food that doesn't have additives, He needs to keep his channel following happy.
He can't Cook at Home the whole month he would loose all his viewers...
He's trying to do the best he can. He's loosing weight and keeping viewers that is his goal...
lots of salt isn't unhealthy for you as long as you drink a lot of water. With an all meat diet i would be more worried about his arteries.
For those complaining, why bother watching ?. It’s his body, his life, he’s not saying you all need to do carnivore, you’re not lemmings , you don’t have to follow, live your own life, we only get one chance.
Had to fast forward. He actually thinks we want to watch him eat the entire chicken 😂. 45 minute video to watch him eat chicken then go sleep . Entertainment 😂
I was on the edge of my seat the whole time 😂😂
I feel this channel is going to get quite boring if he sticks to this diet
@@Technickcall oh it has been. Looking forward to when the day comes where things are back to normal.
Some of it he said he wasn't going to eat because it was too "slimey." I'd say technically, he didn't eat the whole chicken then.
I like these videos lol
I hear that if you slip up on the carnivore diet you'll wind up having a psychotic episode from cider.
From Cider???
Jordan Peterson had a negative experience from cider, after being on Carnivore. He was shocked!!!
That's a stupid diet
I’d miss vegetables and fruit!
Thank you for your input Karen.
@@Shopgirl1because YOU are GAY
Because I said it's a stupid diet I'm a karen? Do you know what happens to your body when it's denied carbs over a long period of time? Look it up
Can’t you just tare the scale with the bowl on it?
I thought the same. Just press zero again
You can but it’s also just as easy to do it his way!
@wlndbeachh I know how to zero out a scale, when did I say I didn’t? All I said was that it’s easy either way to do it. Sorry it’s your way I guess?
@wlndbeachhI find it hilarious you didn’t reply to the comment.
Maybe he didn’t think it was important enough for a reply
Definitely sugar in the chicken. It's used in the seasoning mix that's sprinkled over the top. Also a lot more sugar in the chorizo sausage.
That chicken is brined in sugar, salt and water.
Whooooooo gives a shit
@@donjuanmckenzie4897😂
Do you just line the plastic potty with a plastic bag and then dispose of your mess in a mom and pop restaurant garbage?
By no means is this carnivore 😅
Carbs are not the enemy. It’s way more complicated than that
I should have said “simple carbs and sugar are the enemy” cool?
No its really not more complicated. The carnivore diet is a good diet numerous people have good results on. I don't think its a good way to live your entire life but it is safe and effective for rapid weight loss. Stop being a cuck
Why didn’t you get a low sodium rotisserie bro you’re gonna blow out your kidneys 😭
Salt isn't bad for ypu and generally is not a cause of hypertension since it has a very minor effect oh blood pressure
You clearly don’t know anything about nutrition
The interior of that van is so ghetto, it would be a great project of turning it into a real camper.
Thanks, the plan is to do windows before moving forward. Makes sense?
@@KBDProductionsTVdo chick fl a
When is this diet going to be over lol
soon hopefully
I bet that camper loo has some stories to tell after the stealth camps. Or maybe not. I don't imagine you're getting much fiber?
And?
Please ease off the begs for likes and subs!!!
Does your scale not have a tare button, or did nobody ever show you how to use it?
He can't read it either... he thought that reading was 2 lbs 13 oz and 3 grams...
This must be a joke, this dude is not a carnivore diet, he's putting shame on the name, don't do what he does.
Your videos are not entertaining anymore
So unsubscribe and get the hell off this Chanel!
Thank you for your input Karen
thanks boring old lady
Imagine looking like you Cathie oh boy
The Nutrition Facts allow for rounding. So if there's under .5g of sugar per serving, they can round down to 0. If you look at how many servings there were in the entire chicken and multiply by .5, it'd give you a pretty good indication of how much sugar was in it.
You need more salt
Less salt, more spices and herbs, we want him to still be alive 10 years from now
A real carnivore would have eaten the chicken alive right from the coop.
lol
i'm sure that's what Vegans think of us Carnivores and Omnivores. XD
Sorry to be a naysayer, and I’m not a diet expert, but I was a
Paleo eater for over 4 years. This Carnivore diet sounds like a BAD idea for overall health. The Paleo diet was hard on the body because you were replacing carbs, which are easy for your body to break down, with meat, which takes more work. I’ll be frank: How do people poop eating this diet? There’s little to no fiber allowed! And I’m not sure how you can lose weight on a diet that has to make you constipated. The Paleo diet led to constipation, and it allowed at least some carbs! Plus, similar to the Paleo diet, the point is to eat as naturally as possible; eating fast food, processed foods, and low quality meats are not tenets of these diets. And with the amount of sodium that’s being taken in, this could be damaging to the body long term, especially the kidneys. I don’t think this diet is safe, but if you’re going to spend the expense to do it, be cautious. Eat approved foods, and DON’T attempt to do this long term! Just my opinion and advice…
Spoken like a real fuckin NPC
@@donjuanmckenzie4897 Nah. I’m just a real person that finds this diet is concerning. No one has to listen to me, so I don’t get what you’re so pissed about. My word isn’t law, calm down, lol…😂😂😂
Rotisserie chicken from Sam's Club in NJ is $4.98 &weighs 3 lbs
We still haven't forgiven you for putting ketchup on that poutine, Ken.... :)
5 bucks here in Oregon for Costco rotisserie chicken, no tax.
FYI, Instacart prices are always higher than what they are in store. You don't need to eat grass fed, pasture raised anything on carnivore. Eat what you can afford.
Definitely eat what you can afford. But if you can, eat grass fed and pasture raised
Especially with eggs! Store brand cheap ones aren’t all that great for you, but pasture raised and organic eggs are the best! It’s worth the extra couple bucks for the taste!
If you buy a handful of baby chickens and raise them, you'll have organic clean eggs for free every day. Same with growing your own veggies and fruits. Sorted fruits are expensive
@@DonovanHaumpy Very true! Where I’m at in Alaska it’s pretty difficult to have chicks unless you build a legit barn for them. With heat and all. Veggies and fruit here grow so fast and big! We are the ones up here who grow the 1500 pound pumpkins!
mhmm, do be aware though that said Chicken Eggs will be unsafe to eat undercooked, though they wont require refrigeration either@@DonovanHaumpy
What does the van potty smell like after one of those stealth camping trips?
Ken it looked like you were as tired eating that chicken as I was watching you. That was a lot of friggen chicken🤗
Raised outside of Newmarket, I live in Barrie now. I haven't been to Riverview in years. Making a trip now,,,Awesome,,,
Yep, I have eaten a whole chicken. In Thailand. Was one of our animals in the back yard. It was killed and cooked on a fire in a barrel. Was served to me with the head on. It was delicious! Free range chicken is awesome.
I don’t have Costco where I live at but from Walmart there’s $6.97 for 2.25 pounds
yup, i eat those semi-often, Original is recommended, Lemon Pepper is overpowering to the point all you taste is LP.
That scale must be top of the line, able to measure lbs, oz and grams at the same time... my idiotic brain thought it was 2 lbs and 13.3 oz.
I called my wife while watching this and told her to get a chicken at Costco it was 499 here in North Carolina
As a long time audience member, I can’t wait till you’re done with this diet. I hope you get what you are looking for out of it.
Ken, I love your channel and have been subscribed for awhile now but if you were on a true Carnivore Diet you would be cooking, smoking and curing your own meat at home.
This "diet" is hilarious😂
Nigga, his JOB is to eat out.
Why isnt your van insulated for the cold weather
In the part of Mexico where I live, a roast chicken of around a kilo costs 100 Mexican pesos (5.89 US dollars) and includes Tortillas and Sauces to accompany.
I live in Illinois, and there isn't a Costco nearby, so I shop at Sam's club instead. I absolutely love their rotisserie chickens, and they are about $6.30 here. I can not eat a whole chicken in one sitting. But I use them for so many different recipes. Love you videos! Keep it up!
Thank you
Most supermarkets in the uk used to do rotisserie chickens but slowly it’s starting to disappear 😢 huge shame as they are amazing.
So you know that you can add a renote start to moose like your other van has and it's really not expensive either I would recommend it for moose big time. I put them on all my vehicles in Las Vegas NV because it's so hot in the summer so I set all the AC on when I get out of the vehicles and start them before I leave and it cools them down from 130°f in the summer. You also can add a low battery sensor that would start your van when it get low so the batteries don't get to low
you lose weight on carnivore because you're not eating carbs. a gram of carb holds 3-4 grams of water in the body. if there are 400 less grams of carbs in your system that's 1600 grams less water. plus the several hundred grams/ thousand gram of carb/glucose that's not in your body. that could be 2500 grams less water/glucose. that's why you drop weight immediately. Also, meat is highly satiating, as is fat. you eat less calories = more weight loss
Lord of the rings trilogy! Great set of movies to pass the time if you haven't already seen them.
Their prices online are marked up, this allows nonmembers to order online however its costs them the marked up cost. All of their products online are a few bucks more.
We pay $4.99usd here in Florida USA at Costco & my favorite part of the rotisserie chicken 🍗 is the legs & wngs 😊
Wow your lucky to pay only 7.99
Here in Montreal at maxi we pay 10 to 13 $ for a rotisserie chicken
We have Costcos in Quebec. it's 7.99$ in Montreal too lol. Maxi isn't the same kind of store.
That food looks so good! Usually sausage links have some sort of sugar in them, just a heads up.
I can recommend The Wrath Of Becky, which I watched yesterday. If you have seen the first movie, this one is a lot more enjoyable and plenty of action, gore and black comedy stuff.
Fun fact Costco sounds an alarm when the fresh chickens are put out
They really check receipts for a small order like that? lol
Our rotisserie chicken in MICHIGAN are bigger and only $4.98 a lot cheaper
Yes, I’m ashamed to admit that I’ve eaten a whole chicken lol. I’ll assume they brine it in a sugar, salt and water.
At Walmart in United States a whole chicken total $6.97 for the whole chicken a total weight of 2:25pounds its already cooked when you buy it in bag
North by Northwest, Vertigo, Shawshank Redemption,The Help, Tombstone....
$4.99 here in central Minnesota!
Okay, thanks
Definitely sugar in those chorizo
Got movie suggestions, hustle, bad boys 4 life, gran tirismu, and murder mystery
Ken, you should try eating strictly gluten free for a day
The Brothers Sun. Great series.
Roastery chicken at Costco here in Oregon is 4.99 which isn’t bad! I cannot eat a whole chicken but they are really good
When you are done with the carnivore diet, you should definitely go try a place called “tut’s” in Toronto. They sell Egyptian street food and you can’t go wrong with anything there. Plus as an added bonus you can go to a leafs game and not just watch it!
ken!! the McRib is back in Canada!!!
He got the 2700 likes now, Swiss Chalot stealth camping next?
Thanks for letting me know 👍🏻
A great movie for Hockey fans is Red Army from 2014.
You can also carry cleaning wipes and you are well set up for clean up
You don't have to eat grass fed, pasture raised anything on carnivore. And eat the cartilage, it's a great source of collagen.
I know, but grass fed is better for you
Rusty was well set up, but you will be able to do so much more with the space in this vehicle.
I did a whole chicken *ONCE*. It was from a Yemeni restaurant called "Taste Of Yemen" and they serve a "Chicken Mandi" - which is slow cooked for HOURS. The result is that EVERY MORSEL of the bird is fall-off-the-bone tender, including the white meat.
Its $4.99 here in Tennessee
I would have definitely added the bag and remaining juiciness to the waste bowl for your calorie calculations. Therefore and hereby I'm sure you can eat breakfast also I declare!
You should mount a screen somewhere so you can relax without the laptop on your lap. Love the videos.
Wow your pretty far gone eh.
Hey Ken a whole rotisserie chicken from Costco in baton rouge Louisiana is five dollars
Another great video. Good to see the Moose back up and running! What was wrong with Moose?
It will be interesting to see how your body reacts to other foods when you get off the carnivore diet.
I love chorizo but not quite like that . I like Mexican style - a bit more greasy and mixed together with eggs and beans . I know you can’t but top it off with a fresh flour tortilla and you’re golden .
Also, if you haven't already seen the movie The Iron Claw, you should. It's wonderful! 😊
Ken I've never been to any Costco's, but I've been to Sam's Wharehouses. I'm not sure if they have just regular rotisserie chickens at Costco. Cause at Walmarts in the deli they have 2 kinds... regular as in traditional and lemon pepper. You should try that and would like you to buy a lemon pepper rotisserie chicken and eat it. You should invest in some Wet Ones wet wipes for your hands.
ken can you give info about your this vehicle hp fuel consumption model torque price??
Ken getting a bit wild lately he be eating road kill next 😮
Eat a whole turkey
Ive ate 2 roticery chickens and a filet migion in a sitting 2 years ago on my 30th hehe
And Dark meat for the win
You need to watch "Good morning Vietnam". With Robin Williams. An outstanding movie
You attacked that yard bird! Good job ken I enjoyed it.
Thanks 👍
Why couldn't you start the engine of your Mercedes Sprinter at the Red Lobster? Thanks in advance.
having steak for dinner tonight and my favorite movie is the last of us
Movie suggestion - elvis!
I have a few movie ideas for you, but I don't know what genres you like.
Can you share the link to the poutine with ketchup review?
ruclips.net/video/El-ivtOw0Jw/видео.htmlsi=TuBghmDeXjYoDsfD
See the steam? Ken has a leather palate!
I'm amazed that Costco don't have video surveillance cameras in their parking lot?
$4.99 for a chicken in the US no wonder why our BC friends come to the US Costco
try watching the purge or final destination
6.99 on Mondays at Kwik Trip in the Midwest!! Come visit!
Check out The Mechanic staring Jason Statham. Full of action from start to end with a wicked ending, enjoy !
Dip the sausage in the yolk....
Yes go to swiss chalet see you eat whole chicken
Ken 2 good movie recommendations: Hoosiers(1986) and Rudy(1993) both are sports movies based in Indiana
Swiss Chalet Chicken would be cool. 😃😋👍
Oh yes!
You need to come to magnolia TX I got a place for moose in a food truck campground with a great mom and pop place called the tree house cafe really unique place
