      They do! My mum has them and they look beautiful. I’m planning on building later this year and I will be opting to get ikea kitchen and prob put them in the laundry (although any warranty is void in Landry and bathroom). Easy to put together. I put the carcasses and drawers together and got the builder to install them. Saved money.

      That's awesome! Here is a video I made on assembling an IKEA corner cabinet:
      ruclips.net/video/sabTm4F81BQ/видео.html
      It's pretty much the same technique with all of the IKEA cabinets.
      To make sure your cabinets are perfect you must(!) use what's called the "Framing Square" tool, available at any US hardware store, literally under $20.
      Wish you all the best!

    Your attention to detail is incredible! I've been putting together a basement bar, bathroom, and fireplace built ins using sektion cabinets and your videos have been giving me the strategy to complete. What size/ type of brad nails and screws do you use to attach together and for filer panels? A video just on various filer panel installs would be helpful. Love the videos!

    How long did this install take, including assembling cabinets? Looks great! We had IKEA cabinets in our 1st home for 10+ years without even the slightest wear showing. The next home we built we went “higher end”. They didn’t begin to hold up near as well as the ikea cabinets had.

    • @maxplus2849
      @maxplus2849  2 года назад

  • @africanhistory

    Ikea kitchen max life 5 years, they never ever last. I would never touch them if I had a choice. What to do is build proper cabinets and change out the doors when needed. The allure is the ease and the beauty when new. Go and check them 3 years later as they swell and fall apart. Proper hardwood kitchens will last decades. I am already fixing my DIY kitchen after 2 years.
