Heh I'm watching this to see when the media decided the us president was the highest position in the us govt.
It isn't to be honest and I'm studying up on this to see when this change started.
There's a good reason why we have three equally powerful branches of govt instead of one big boss. It's harder to corrupt a bunch of elected representatives than a single emperor

Unitary executive has many defects,Actually many Founding Fathers didn't prefer unitary executive, it was Alexander Hamilton who strongly advocate unitary executive and he prevailed in 1787 Convention. Elvridge Gerry Edmund Randolph and George Mason were in favor executive council.Roger Sherman of Connecticut stated his preference for the executive to be appointed by and directly accountable to the legislature, regardless of whether it was to be unitary or plural. Before the vote to approve the unitary executive, Sherman also commented that advisory councils in the majority of the states and even in Great Britain served to make the executive acceptable to the people.

Thank you for stating political parties are not in the US Constitution.
As a lifelong non-party voter I'm frustrated with the idea that we only have two choices and that the presidential race is the only one that matters.
We must have a well balanced set of people in Congress, the Senate, and in the Executive branch to prevent the US Presidency from becoming a mouthpiece of an oligarchy or the head of a dictatorship.

I'm watching this cuz I'm just way behind but from a helpful reliable source from God's organization, education woke me up and within entrepreneur as well. Oddly, if I was running for president I would take a bunch of class courses from a university that's relevant within my crisis career 24/7 position. Then I would literally hire Jim Parson, Gordon Ramsey, RDJ, Tom Cruise, and many more normal pple from the acting realm so that I would know where to start first as a priority within a crisis sadly/situationship topics. Anyways, but yeah
