he tried to pop JB's ear hoping to get the easy W. when that didnt happen. he had an emotional drop, lost momentum, allowed a bit of dread into his heart. which is fine, all wrestlers manage fear. but JB is not the type of mf you can come off your mindset with.
No brother, I think this is when you realised that you wouldn't let yourself be broken. And in realizing that you were un breakable, that you could break what you thought was marble and stone. Had my ears drained 7 to 11 times (between doctors, coaches and friends), and that ear pain is so extreme, yet superficial/non-mechanicle, that it ignites a fire.
I have to ask, why do wrestlers, grapplers, bjj practitioners refuse to use headgear? I get it’s more comfortable to not have it, but why risk a cauliflower ear?
It’s crazy his ears looked that normal that far into his career. I’m sure he had cauliflower ear before but had them drained in time before the blood dried. I know people who want cauliflower ear because they think it makes them look like a badass but unless you are wrestling so much they don’t have time to heal you are just a poser. Look up definition of Poser and decide if that describes you lol
@@TstanDa-Man I did the first time. After I realized how often I would have to go and how big of needles they use, I was like screw that. I'm doing it myself for a fraction of the cost and pain.
They don’t wear headgear because nobody in the sport at that level is especially concerned about how their ears look. In fact to many a mangled ear is a badge of honor. Most wrestlers (or other grapplers in judo, bjj, mma etc) don’t practice with headgear either. Plus UWW rules do not require headgear. In fact at the time this match happened the rules were that your opponent could require you to remove it. There have been repeated proposals in NCAA wrestling to cease requiring it for college competition too.
JB a master at psychological warfare in wrestling.
He just says that. In reality he just goes out there and wrestles. Wins most the time. Losses too.

Glad you kicked but.
There should have been a criminal Hearing
He ain’t try to do it on purpose kid
JB double leged a guy and the guys bit him on the head. He still has that tooth scar in his head.
That’s a great story 🤙🏼 never heard dat’1

Don’t you dare come of retirement because I sure as hell will slap you back out of the ring and into your rocking chair
really bro thats the first time you felt you could break a guy, after 2 NCAA titles?
International competition is much higher, everything up until that point was probably cannon fodder to him. Probably what he meant if I had to guess
@@hellotcautivernah, Jordan wasn't a top college guy from the get go, it was dramatic progression.

He is the goat for a reason ❤
I love this guy. You can draw parallels between his personality and Jon jones
Definitely never even thought about that but I for sure see it
My buddy popped my ear on purpose warming up for a tournament in school. Blood everywhere 😂❤
Damn son. You are amazing ❤
jordan is a savage
JB What did you hand coach Manning? Cartlidge,Cartridge, lol
😂😂 that’s crazy. The funny part is the coaches reaction. Just started laughing 😂 😂
No way you really think he gonna respond 😂😂😂
Gotta stay safe

Eastern Europeans throw collar ties like overhands and haymakers
Righ, but scared to fight straight up😅
Honestly they should just go into mma if they wanna strike
Collar ties should be for control not pain
It’s a grip not a strike

Shits nasty. Hurts bad. I think getting it drained is the worst pain. Big ol horse needle and shit
He didn't break. You just won the wrestling match. You've lost plenty too

I think he would’ve done well in MMA no question
Holy shit Manning went grey since then
What did he hand to coach? The piece of the ear?
I got to talk to him at a car station
What does he hand his coach?
Jerrell Miller vs Mijain Lopez @ open weight in MMA
He looks like a young jon jones can this guy please come to mma💪⚔️
He is the GOAT of our sport. I think he is debating going to MMA.

In international competition your opponent has to ok it. Because if not you can't wear it.
Just wrestling with bandage on your head is OP.
The way he speaks reminds me of Jon Jones
No headgear?
It's not illegal to wear headgear
No, don't get it fuck up the refresheeg

What did he take over and give to the guy?? Handed him something. No telling what...but the guy started laughing.

Definitely earned my fair and square. I tried to drain myself with an insulin syringe, but the blood was too viscous to go through the 29 gage needle.

JB. younger. but Mark looks so much younger. sorry Mark!
Don't they have those ear protectors?
As a wrestler I've never wore them unless forced. They are extremely uncomfortable and really you don't feel your ears being beat up
