So apparently Celia invited the defendant to stay while she was in transition, and the plaintiff thought it was okay to piggyback off of that offer. Celia is nicer than I am, because I would have slammed the door on both of them.
My mom would let family and friends who moved from her hometown stay with us until they could get their own place, but it was like three months tops. She also let a friend stay with her children after she left her husband. However, no one ever showed up with extra people. 🤦🏾♀️
The fact that she dropped a pen in there as if it is a common incident that happens.. Especially above your head.
I would be happy to help my best friends if she fell in a dire situation... But who would stay with their BFF for 9 months, while working and/or having a business, and not share rent??? That's just wild.

Alot of these cases be fake. Especially the cases with family. RUclips “Me and My friend went on Judge Alex” OR “Me and My friend went on Judge Joe Brown.”
Theres a guy on here who says him and his friends use to sign up for these court shows and sue each other for the 5k max. They will tell a fake story about a dispute that they did not have. Then on the plane ride home, they will split the money. Because the shows pay for everything. The plane, the hotel, and if someone wins the money.
It's usually the person that decides they don't have to pay someone back. And it's not like the loaner isn't entitled to be repaid, so they have to go to court.

I dropped things into my sunroof track a number of times cleaning or waxing the sunroof. It's possible, depending on their height and usually happened at a carwash when I was closing it from the top.

I wasn’t under the impression that people on Section 8 don’t pay rent. I thought the government pays a portion of the rent not all of it. Plus I thought Section 8 is an agreement with private property owners so Celia would have been taking a big risk on being evicted by letting all those people not on the lease stay with her for so long. It’s possible Celia has a second house she inherited. Plenty of people in my family have houses we inherited but don’t live in. There are no mortgages on these houses.
