Hi Kandy Man, this has to be one of your best videos to date as there is a lot of work gone into the filming and editing which must have taken place over several days, you have a fantastic team around you which are highly skilled and motivated to do a professional job each time👌
I loved hearing Dans story of what he went through at the start of his career working his way up to be a certified tech and from what I've seen here he's one of the best in the business, it's amazing how the repair processes have changed over the years but I would say that sometimes all the paperwork can get a bit to much🤔

Dans story just motivated me to push more ! After landing on my first ever shop full of negative people that don’t wanna show much and keep me at the most lowest BS. Thankfully met 1 man that is willing to show me as much as he can when we have stare time !

I've noticed the control panel for your booth is open a lot. Do you also have to push the burner reset button when its super humid? We have 2 garmats that started doing this lol

That shop is no joke. Owner takes it serious and invests in his shop and guys. Pretty rare these days when people are just trying to scam low end insurance jobs for normal drivers…. Dirt cheap repairs. Used / takeoff parts. Amateur hour paint work and body work.
Shops that are trying are so obvious today vs the guys stuck in the 80’s

That’s a serious job a lot of shops wouldn’t even touch. Let alone be ABLE to handle.
