We have a the same battery that you have for your chain saw, we have for our lawn mower. We really like it. It has all the power that is needed to run the mower with out any problem. We also have an edge trimmer that uses that battery also. Loke your video. I am from Idaho and here about all we have to use for fire wood is different types of Pine. Not to many hard woods at all.

Hi Evan - I have a 16" EGO chainsaw, lots of power with a 56v 5.0ah battery for its small size. If you have a wheel barrow maybe use it to load firewood off your splitter table and save trips carrying wood by hand to your wood tote boxes and you can use the wheel barrow to haul big wood to the splitter. That splitter table sure works nice !

I am not looking forward to our next Electrical bill nor the gas bill! All that said, we missed the terrible storms and no frozen water pipes and no lost power, so, I am very grateful for that! On your log splitter the engine is just little out of mixture sitting .
The " H " high screw can be turned in or out just a very small adjustment at a time .
But first blow off around the air cleaner before checking to see if that needs a new one before trying to adjusting .
The motor will stop searching or some people call it lurching for a smooth running .

Do people still use diatomaceous earth for pests? I'm unsure what your exact bug species happens to be but just a thought for spreading some around the barn perimeters if it mainly happens in the freezing time of year when the stock huddle up inside your structures. It shouldn't conflict with anything chemical you might already be using on the animals as far as I know.
