I can relate to the work stress. Journaling helps a lot for me as well. I also meditate. Other things that help me is saying a prayer before I enter the workplace and one once I leave. If I feel overwhelmed while there I will take a bathroom break and go in the stall and pray. At the end of the day ill reflect on the highs and lows of my day and really tap into how those things made me feel and how I can handle things differently. I work in a lab also. I'm a medical technologist for a pharmaceutical company.👩🏾🔬 Just remember you can and will get through anything

Beginner bronzer would be fenty, charlotte tilbury, SAIE, once u start doing more contour then get Chanel, Gucci bronzer. Nars bronzer is trash dont buy, Nars creamy concealer is the best concealer but not bronzer. Glad you’re feeling better! I use a netted doobie wrap to wrap my straight hair and then a silk scarf and then a bonnet.
Loved the vlog as always! Your makeup looked so pretty! Your fur babies are so cute! I am a nurse, and I have aging parents too. It is imperative that I exercise. I go to the gym 3-4 days a week and I walk outside in nature. This has helped me tremendously.

Also for work stress girl I sometimes take the olly stress gummies (can be found at target) or ashwaghanda gummies from Goli (also can be found at target) has helped me tremendously when stressed during/after work!!

This vlog was great to watch and watching you smile made me smile when one of your supporters recognized at the restaurant. I know that felt good. The bag looked great and I know you're going to rock it! I don't have any dogs but I know that as Java moves forward with training he will become less reactive as you're hoping for, keep the faith. Lastly I am glad you were able to talk about your anxiety at the end of the vlog because I too have been feeling anxious lately as well as it pertains to my job. Loved the video!! Yesss that Sephora best skin ever concealer definitely creases. I noticed that if you use a press powder to set it first then a loose powder it helps with the creasing. I have 2 though and they both do it! Lol

Otherwise listening to music if you’re allowed to at work in your headphones, resting well before work, meditation and what you already mentioned.

I’m glad you’re feeling better. It seems like since the pandemic, most people have been sick at least once a year, including people who don’t have a history of being ill. I also ordered the finery fragrances from Target. We seem to have a similar taste in fragrances. I can’t wait for them to be delivered
Unfortunately I do have a history but I have noticed this!! Very Important to keep your immune system strong! And obviously important to be diligent about sanitizing and cleaning!

If you want your scent to last longer cream your skin then spray on the scent on your pulse points. On your pulse point a hint of vaseline will seal it for longevity.

i wrap my hair in a twist bun on top of my head with a loose satin scrunchie, then throw a bonnet on. I take my hair out 30-60 min before i need to leave the house so the curls can fall from being in the bun. OR if I'm lazy, i just throw a bonnet on

you picked the right rug. i had the rug you were looking at in the store and GWORL, it SHEDS read bad. Had to throw it away lol.
Instead of a stockings I use a wig/stocking cap it does the same thing & it easier to use. It’s basically the same material. & sometimes I put a clean silk scarf on top & that’ll add a little more of the silkiness
& it’s easier to wrap so you shouldn’t have that lil knotted section

I just had a big brain moment lol. Why don’t you just buy a bronzer that’s close to the color of your forehead so as you’re applying it, it blends seamlessly to your forehead! It doesn’t even have to be a designated bronzer, it can just be a darker concealer shade thats on the red side! Try to go to ULTA or Sephora and see if one of the employee can help you color match to your forehead ❤ for soft glam, you can just blend the foundation below the bronzer so help them look seamless with each other. The top of the brow is usually your face shade, not concealer shade so it’ll all look soooo seamless and natural as you like! Hopefully this helped ❤❤❤❤
