    💗💕Workout 💕💗:
    Streching + 1x20 alternating reverse lunges + 1x10 static lunges each leg
    ~ warm up glutes 1x15 hip thrust with resistance band
    > 4x8 hip thrust into 4x10 kas into 4x10 sec hold
    > elevated reverse lunges 3x12 bodyweight into 3x10 with light weight into 3x8 with heavier weight
    > hyper extension 3x15
    > rdl 3x8
    > seated abduction forward 3x12 then lean back 3x12
    Streching after

    Why are your lower body workouts based on lighter weights? Shouldn’t you be doing hip thrusts with a barbell or heavy weights if you’re only doing 8 reps
