Oh so she maybe work on your nerves wake around lol and protect you so you did ma leave her at home😅😅 well that they job to keep you safe walk around wherever you go Nona❤️😊, I had a Jack Russell she was hype up and crazy 😂😂😂 run around the car 10 times so i have to tell her to stop at 8 runs so she stop lol😅😅 so i tell her you can go do your last 2 now, so she was gone take off to finish off her running 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣, she pass away in 2014💔😔. She was very friendly with my cats also and protect them from other cats also😅😅😃. Look after your dog Nona i know they work on your nerves 😅😅😅😅😅, bt take care of them my dear❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏😊

    Hey nona i have just started following you i liked the concept of the video where you're doing couple of muscles exercises together so can you please make some more videos related toh legs , shoulder,chest and more. So that it's more easier to just watch the video and start the workout for the entire week

    I’m confused do I need to do 4 times 15,12,8, tf ?

      Nope, you just do that once. So when I mentioned 4x15,12,8,tf. That basically means the first round is 15 reps, the second round is 12 reps, the third round is 8 reps, and the fourth round is till failure
