I love my new Pressure King Pro 3L, which I have here in the UK. You can cook anything and it is so easy to just adapt the timing for conventional recipes One tip though when making rice pudding in it is to keep the valve closed, turn of the power or setting and let the pressure dissipate naturally. the first time I made it, I opened the release valve and a spray of milk/steam flew out, luckily I was out of harms way.
