It would totally be worth it if they let you become a cop and go on missions and stuff like that! Also,pretty upset you spend over a mill for the nice towtruck and you cant customize it or just drive it around. Kind of a missed opportunity I think. Keep up the great videos TACO 🌮

As well as while you're doing the Tow Truck missions, you get messages from Jamal Amir saying like 'someone is not happy for us cleaning their mess' and yet no NPC's are spawning to 'hunt' us. So I figured there's a lot to come. And for the Police Riot Van, did you check whether is it available to upgrade it on the Hangar, Facility, Mobile Operations Center, maybe even Arena War? Or you just tried Auto Shop and Agency? About, hopefully soon to be, new steal the vehicles missions in the Chop Shop, I surely hope that we will not have to wait 7 days so we could steal another 3 vehicles. Hopefully there will be unlimited or at least bigger number of available cars to be stolen. Remember, we still have to earn everything we gave for this DLC or at least the Chop Shop itself.
Hopefully FIB Buffalo & Granger are in the near future. They should allow customization on the police riot, it’s the most expensive and least worth it atm.
Maybe someone can help me I did all three salvage missions and I did not get the cop cars unlocked the gang banger mission it never showed up I’m just really really confused I spent all this money to get them unlocked and now I can’t maybe your community can help wonderful video like always thank you all
A future addon for the dlc is adding more missions and you will be able to keep the cars you collect from it. You might need to own a document forgery. Im holding onto the new Ferrari when it happens. Riot van is a waste of money as you can found out. There is a glitch to get a swat police outfit to save with the scrap yard mission.

Seems like a lot of players wanted to be able to have police cars. Maybe R* actually listened for once. The 3.5 million for the police cruiser is a trade price. If you did not qualify for the trade price its 4.1 million. But qualifying for the trade price is nothing more than collecting a piece of police evidence from a crime scene, so getting it is probably the easiest trade price in the game, so if you've ever done that you won't see the 4.1 million price. Maybe try taking the box van to the MOC to modify? I"m not sure. Not gonna buy one myself but I did get the police cruiser. KInda convenient having NPC's get out of the way when running code red (yes it works!).

In the unmarked i wish u could do taxi work and there would be a special event were you drop them into a police station . Dont know how that would work but im sure a multi billion dollar company could figure it out potentially
I believe the reason the cop showed up in the Challange is because the NPC looks for a cop car and if it cannot find one, it takes whatever car is near by.
My nightclub garage has a theme of a mafia/drug lord to the cars so most are utilities, sports cars and armored vehicles so the two police cars are a perfect addition to the collection
I hope they do bring back vigilante missions and make them pay decent....would be the one thing that would make me buy one of these overpriced police cars......
for that matter, the 'Armored Boxville' goes in Vehickle warehouse, Now that was a waste of money as its worse than then Unarmored one. If it fits the riot van fits too

I am hoping that the police vehicles can be used in the Chop Shop robbery missions. It should make getting a cop car easier for one of the Phone Booth Assassinations. It would be awesome to get a missile lock-on jammer on your Police Vehicles. 😎
I bought the Stanier and pretty much blacked it out, with "stealth" police decals, and am pretty happy with it, if it can be used in some robbery or mission. I wasn't going to pay 3.8 mil for a cop car at first, thought about waiting for the nicer ones in the drip feed, but then saw how expensive they were going to be... yeah, hopefully, there is some reason to purchase these vehicles, game-wise.
on a technical note, does a owning police cruiser offer any sort of benefit as to stealth, evasion, or anything.... other than NPCs sometimes pulling out of your way when you run the siren?

On your Stanier Cruiser, those boxes on the roof aren't signal jammers. they're license plate readers or LPRs. In the real world, they give automatic returns on the veh's MDT or mobile data terminal (the computer in the car) and will alert of the plate is stolen. I went with a solid dark blue with the ghost Los Santos County Police livery and the full wrap around push bumper because it's great for those PIT maneuvers without damaging the corners of the car as much. As for the green color... That isn't unusual to see with sheriff department or county police agencies. This is the only one I have so far because I'm now a broke boy in game and need to make some $$
The van will be dripfed I would think the dlc will be dragged out for a few mths but has the potential to be expanded to do more cop things I hope that the road there going down summer dlc could be part 2 of this
Get the la cruise to your arena to update lights including search lights! Mine pretty sick all red beam, also the police vehicles will come in handy in next chicken farm drip feed raid I'm guessing... I hope atleast. BTW the riot is a full loss! Also "ALL the you can do" will all be drip feed. have patience!

Personally it’s a good idea. But wtf is that pricing and who besides RP players will need/use this. Unless they allow you to play and act like a cop or easier to loose wanted level when in it then sure good for the new missions but just use the MK 2 to fly away with rockets.

Try to customize the riot van in the facility. Obviously you won’t be able to customize it in a regular garage.
You probably won’t look at this but can you upgrade the riot van in the salvage yard since that’s where you use it?

Absolutely a big missed opportunity to not have the ability to do up the tow truck and drive it around and click left stick in to activate tow jobs

Well the good thing about the riot, it has 100% bulletproof windows. Only vehicle in the game iirc that is bulletproof from every angle.

its a pegasys vehickle, we have never been able to modify thoose.. Exception being flying one to hangar and making a copy etc
