Amelia shh the laws changed so his living permit got cancelled and he had to go back to Canada I believe to get a residential permit before coming back. The residential permit takes 6 months to acquire which is why they mentioned in the video he had to go for 6 months.

TopGunner 23 he needs to finish his movie, then he will be able to do it. As you can imagine he signed a contract that doesnt let him do risky stuff in case he dies of an accident.
He agreed to do the jump after shooting os his film is over due to the contract that states he couldnt risk himself.
