This is a beautiful home and I can see what the people were trying to do. They wanted to create 2 separate living areas with a community kitchen and dining area. They put a lot of thought into it. Maybe for older parents on one side and adult children on the other; Everyone can be together at meals and such but still maintain some kind of private life? I think I would have put pocket doors or barn doors on the entrances to the living room and family room archways into the dining room and kitchen. Other than that, it's amazing!
Love that the water heater is in the utility room( where it should always be) and is easily accessible behind a regular hinged door as it should be. This two master home would have been perfect for me and my mom we were looking for something like this.
Great camera work! I really enjoyed the pace and details you showed! I tried to watch a walk through on a different site yesterday. The camera work was so jerky, I was getting motion sickness! You did so well. Nice and smooth.

This is exactly what I want for myself and my oldest son. I've been looking for a home with two actual master suites. I don't even need a tub in either one, my son prefers showers and my arthritis makes getting in/out of a tub difficult. I especially like the fact that both of the master showers have built in benches and dual shower heads.
I kinda liked it, porches (cool) two masters cool, music was catchy, skill will come with time. Good first time effort. Might turn the music down a bit.
I love this would be great for me and my twin!! Wish it still had the 4th bedroom though!! I'd probably customize it bit more to make the 4th bedroom instead of such a huge utility room.
Saw this house on another channel. The biggest drawback for me is that, I dislike that all of the bedrooms are off a common living area. One Master is off the formal Living Room, and the other two bedrooms are off the Den. That's a horrible lay-out when it comes to entertaining company/guest, the only good thing is every bedroom has it's own bathroom....

My husband passed away a year and a half ago and for the first time in my 38 yrs I had to live alone and I hate it. If I had this I would rent out the other master bedroom and living room and share the kitchen and dining room.
Nice home. The 2 masters are great. To have a bath in every bedroom is a plus. Price is a little high. But I hope that price is with all the upgrades possible. If not you can get up there just for the upgrades you may want. All the cabinets and a pantry is also nice. Great video. Keep up the good work.

Just KEM3 TV Hi to the person that filmed this. Please accept my apologies, as I didn't mean to sound like a critic. Yes, it is very hard to keep a camera still when walking, I've worked with the best of camera operators, and, it is difficult. I think you mentioned a "stabiliser", We called it a Steadicam. I've worked with the "best of the best" Steadicam operators, and, witnessed many horrible falls as they are focused on the small monitor that's attached to the rig. Now, these were huge cameras, however, I would be walking or running beside them holding the boom pole/mic, so not only did I have to make sure I was getting the dialogue, but keeping out of the way of the camera operator. It could end up a royal mess if either one of us made a misstep!!!! So, be careful!!!!😄
I like the concept of 2 masters but the layout of the second master was terrible where are you gonna put the bed. you have two windows on one wall the master closet on the other wall of the bathroom door on the other wall and the main entrance on the other wall.
I can see why it didn't sell. When you compare this manufactured home with the others that you can choose from. This one rates on a scale of one to ten, it rates a three. I used to sell manufactured homes. It's to standard. I'm not referring to the astedicts. They cut way to many corners for a profit and it shows.

judy taylor I agree. I had my bathroom made with a tall toilet and vanity. I’m not THAT tall (5’8”) but the shorter things are frustrating. The kitchen also has tall cabinets/counters.
This home is huge. Almost too big. Do like the front porch though. Not in love with the carpet. Rest of flooring, yes. The living room is well done. The master suit is nice. Nice large shower. The closet is great. Love wood hardware. Nice rear porch. Kitchen is nice enough. Pantry is a little small. The island is perfect. The distance between the stove an fridge is a bit far from each other. The cabinets from a color standpoint. Den is well done. Like the fireplace. Now the not so good. Why anybody would need two master suites is beyond me. Makes little sense. With all this suare footage no utility room sink? That is very telling. As it sits there would not be much room. Poor planning. So overall bigger is not better. Especially in this case. There’s lots of square footage here to have a bigger living room and den. My point is that despite all this square footage the room sizes could be much bigger. Repurposing the space from the second master suite could go along way to make this home much better. As for the pricing the home as it sits seems a tad high. I suspect the price point and poor planning of home itself makes it a hard sell.
Two lady friends (or guys or whatever) with no children or grown children, could go in together to share this home and each enjoy a master bedroom. I have been looking for one like this.

Whoever wrote that part about having been made with 2 masters seemed shocked that it didn't sell. Not $227K and not at $205K. No matter how you look at it that is way too much for a manufactured home. It may be nice but the price is way too much.

The front porch is really about the only thing I like. Not crazy about this layout. I do like the idea of 2 master bedrooms.
Way touch time spent on one thing. Swaying back n forth. Cant watch.

Because it's a model home on a lot.. it's two pieces put together on your land and everything is patched and painted then.
HAPPY GUY that’s because it isn’t trimmed out. That doesn’t happen until it’s placed on a permanent lot or land.
Only two things , I would change. Doors on the master bedrooms and one color, for the kitchen cabinets

This home is huge. Almost too big. Do like the front porch though. Not in love with the carpet. Rest of flooring, yes. The living room is well done. The master suit is nice. Nice large shower. The closet is great. Love wood hardware. Nice rear porch. Kitchen is nice enough. Pantry is a little small. The island is perfect. The distance between the stove an fridge is a bit far from each other. The cabinets from a color standpoint. Den is well done. Like the fireplace. Now the not so good. Why anybody would need two master suites is beyond me. Makes little sense. With all this suare footage no utility room sink? That is very telling. As it sits there would not be much room. Poor planning. So overall bigger is not better. Especially in this case. There’s lots of square footage here to have a bigger living room and den. My point is that despite all this square footage the room sizes could be much bigger. Repurposing the space from the second master suite could go along way to make this home much better. As for the pricing the home as it sits seems a tad high. I suspect the price point and poor planning of home itself makes it a hard sell.
Two lady friends (or guys or whatever) with no children or grown children, could go in together to share this home and each enjoy a master bedroom. I have been looking for one like this.
Or- if you're caring for a parent or in-law it would be a great set-up.

Nice but for that price you could have a big stick built home!
I have researched both but the stick built home will be no way as fancy most with those features are double the price

Whoever wrote that part about having been made with 2 masters seemed shocked that it didn't sell. Not $227K and not at $205K. No matter how you look at it that is way too much for a manufactured home. It may be nice but the price is way too much.
Try living in Wa state and get it for that price!
