24 year old African American software engineer here 👋🏾. 5 years of experiences. Oh we’re here. And don’t worry, we’ll be “glamorized” soon.

There are many AA in technology of course there could always be more. They just aren't glamorized.

Tech is not enough. There aren't enough tech jobs. But a tech knowledge cant hurt on a resume. Even for a non tech job.

Everybody can code. Unfortunately, you will not be cool if you do. So, not everybody will.
    Suit yourself.

Victor Joseph you have different experiences and opportunities accorded you in history and within society you come from. History tells where we coming from and where we are going

Being a programmer doesn't make you cool or not cool. It makes you a programmer. Actually people these days think I'm cool for creating apps.

"These five middle-aged Caucasian engineers didn't really know much about fashion faux-pas"...then walks in a savior, that's funny. Does you mom know what you did to her couch to make that coat? Roy Clay- I can't find anything associated to him, except on alt-fact sites, on the HP 2116A. I'm all for people bettering themselves but this guy is a hack.

Far from a hack... He has an article on Forbes..hmm I guess that's not credible... article was written by a credible Oracle representative journalist Micheal Hickins

He is a hack. I know him personally. He does not have a Ph.D in economics. He did not attend the University of Massachusetts as he claims. My mother is a UMass alumnus and we can’t find his name.
