Your description is spot on. I love the OG Eternity and you’re right about saying it’s similar to YSL Paris- the perfumer was Sophia Grojsman. She made many perfumes that I love. To me, Eternity is not so powdery, but more spicy and fresh. I‘ve been loving this for over 25 years. It’s still my to go scent for spring.

Love my CK Eau De Parfum Intense! Don't care for the original Eternity, but like a lot of the flankers, my favorite fragrance of all time is the older Eternity Intense in the brownish bottle, has wonderful iris, & violet notes in it, like a lipsticky type scent. Can't go wrong with it. Absolutely Love that scent~! :)
So exciting when CK comes out with a modern version of their classics. I want to get this for my mom!

The original Eternity is one of my favorite perfumes. I don't care how old school or outdated it is. It's so fresh, clean and classy to me.
You should do a video dedicated to vintage fragrances. 💌
A good smell can not be outdated...
There is nothing fresh about it. It smells like perfume on a chestnut tree 😖💨
@SUGARXYLER exactly what a person who has sugar on their nickname would say,you know some people prefer real perfume smells and not a tooth aching concoction.
My mum loves Red Door but smelt this and there is hints to it but more modern. I hope she likes it. Managed to get the Intense 100ml for £40
I have the classic and eternity flame versions. both are fantastic.
in the flame version you can clearly smell the pepper and you can say that they are fiery

I am looking for a perfect Summer perfume and I've settled my mind on Eternity Summer but there are so many of them (and a majority of them discontinued) so it's hard to choose.
Anyways, I have 2 CK Eternity perfumes, one is Fresh that has this lovely pear, and the other Now that I find to be very sweet and a bit powdery.
Oh do make a blog about these flankers, I would much appreciate it!

Honestly i already thought the original eternity was already intense
Strange thought this came out years ago, could have sworn this came out about 5 years ago when I bought it! If its the one I'm thinking of Hmmm I thought it was a bit peppery in the dry down. It wasn't for me as I preferred the original😊 Just checked Fragrantica and yes there was an Eternity Intense released in 2016, the one that's just released is Eternity edp Intense! Looks like the same bottle though!😄
The old one was called Eternity Intense and the bottle was brownish. The new one is called Eau de Parfum Intense and the bottle is orange.

Oh, my, an INTENSE version? I remember the original one was already a powerhouse 😅 in fact I don't like it because It causes me some crazy migraines. I like almost all the flankers though, so if this is different from the original I might like It.

Hey Soki, first i want to say thank you. I dont want to confuse, but I feel, I want to share my experience, last week i got Eternity women, edp, 50 ml, with this nude light packaging, and thougt it is the Original Eternity from the 80s. But it's definitly not. Its an "Hommage" (...) The Packaging from the OG is different, with a Frame, light green instead of nude and without the Part "women".
The Notes for EfW edp I have found are White Lily, White Rose, Sandalwood . There it is descriped as Floral Spicy, has 2/4 intensity points and the Label was Signatur (where the other in the Picture ist labeled Intense).
