Same here! I love older classy perfumes, they were much better than oversweet modern scents. My no 1 is Loulou by Cacharel- very complex balsamic white floral. ❤ I also like Shalimar, Nahema, L'heure Bleue, Chanel 22 and many more.
Chanel perfumes have that signature vibe...something very classy and sensual, and I adore Chanel perfumes. Allure edt was my signature for years...and it is very long lasting
I personally adore the No 5 range, despite being quite young and not in the demographic for it, probably because I grew up with my mother wearing it and I've come to associate it with growing up and 'becoming a woman', so to speak. It's important to note that the EdP, despite being the best-seller from the range, is actually relatively recent (released in the 80s) so I find that it matches the intensity of 80s perfumes, whereas the Parfum and the EdT are quite different. My personal favourite is the Eau Premiere, as I think the aldehydes give it a lovely, soapy quality and it stands out among the sweet/fruity fragrances that are popular with girls my age.
I love the Eau Premiere and the L’Eau, although the L’Eau doesn’t last on me at all. Sometimes I use the L’Eau to top off the Eau Premiere. I use the No. 5 body products to layer with them. They have a No. 5 L’Eau hand cream which is supposed to be a limited edition available currently - it’s been out for a while now. I’m semi-hoarding them in case they do quit offering it. It’s quite strong for a hand cream. It layers very well with the Eau Premiere. I get tons of compliments from both men and women when I’m wearing the Eau Premiere.

When I worked for Chanel around Christmas they gave me the limited edition n5 leau red bottle a few years ago probably my favourite Chanel fragrance other than pour Monsieur
Thank you for this interesting review. For me, the best Chanel perfumes by seasons are : Coco Edt in fall/winter N5 in fall / spring N5 Eau première in spring /summer
I still ❤ Channel No 5. Have been using it for 40 yrs and it’s my signature for special occasion. On a negative note, Channel does not acknowledge complaints. The top part of my Body Cream lid popped right out as I twisted it to open. I called the office and to date, 2 weeks later they have not responded as promised. Thanks for your Blok .
Interesting to see your take. I actually find the chance range last fairly well including the EDT ones. Won’t last me all day but good for 6 hrs which I don’t think is bad for EDT. Now they are expensive but I find them moderate for longevity and siage.
If you want to appreciate the original Allure, you really need to invest in the EDP. It's much fuller and warmer compared to the EDT. Both Allure EDP and Allure Sensuelle EDP is great IMO, very versatile as well. I also love the sleek, simplistic design of the bottles with the colored caps. Very classy and timeless.
So glad you’re doing a best to worse because, let’s face it, some of them are unwearable. I’ve spent a fortune on some Chanel fragrances I had to give away because they stunk up my room. By the way I love No. 5 because it reminds me of my younger years. So many reviewers act like Chanel is the holy grail and cannot be criticized, but at these price points it’s best to try a sample before buying.
I have Chanel coco edt , it lasts 6-7 hours much more wearable then the edp .Chanel coco mademoiselle intense 2 bottels (back up)much prettier than the classic version , and Chanel Gabrielle essence. Here in Croatia Chanel perfumes are much more expensive then in the rest of Europe. I like to watching you're rewiews 😊
Coco Noir is my fav. Always get compliments. Coco Chanel said No 5 blended well with cigarette smoke, and I have to agree, I worked with a woman who smoked and it did blend well with her when we went bar hopping ; I thought it smelled pretty boring by itself. Chanel 19 is such a 70s scent, along with YSL Rive Gauche, smells great on women whose skin chemistry works with it.
No. 19 is my favorite of the Chanel fragrances. I've loved it for years and it doesn't smell AT ALL like modern fragrances. I wear a lot of different of what I consider classic perfumes and No. 19 is the only one that my sons said they liked.
My favorite Chanel fragrances are 1. Gabrielle Essence 2. Chance edp 3. Coco Noir . Loved this video and your opinion. I think No.19 is a masterpiece but I like it only for Spring & Summer.
Great rundown of the range. One thing I wanted to mention was that when you talk about Chance EDP, you have the EDT bottle as the image :) The cap thing can be confusing for people (and I had to be so careful to make sure I was buying the EDP, as that is the one I wanted). The silver cap is the EDP, and the clear plastic cap is the EDT. When you are in stores testing, pay attention to the caps. Silver = EDP. Clear plastic = EDT. To make sure you pick up the right box :)
@@rhiannoncarney the Coco mademoiselle intense does have a clear cap. Made of glass. What I'm talking about specifically is the Chance range, not Coco Mademoiselle 😊
Long ignored, I love Chanel parfums more and more. My favourites are No 5 (Eau de Toilette) Coco (Eau de Toilette) No 19 Eau Poudré No 5 Eau de Parfum was created in the 80s and adapted to mainstream tastes at that time. It's not as refined and timeless like the Eau de Toilette from the 1920s. It's not just a different concentration, it's rather a flanker of the edt, which was worn by Coco Chanel and presumably Marylin Monroe.
The strength in Chanel perfumes is exactly what some could describe as its timelessness. That signature aura around their perfumes, which I think you can't easily dismiss as outdated. I don't know about you, but I never forget or get bored of any of the Chanel scents! Be they outdated or more modern.
Chanel Eau Fraiche is my favorite for spring/summer and very long lasting! I guess 2nd would be CoCo Mademoiselle,. The body oil is so luxurious, but I really dont' reach for it very often. Maybe I will now that it's springtime.🌷🌻✌🏾
Greetings, I have Coco Madmosellie Parfum and body shower gel that will be 3 years old in September of this year and honestly, the scent is still divine. I am an avid collector of many scents and I always find myself going back to it. I can NOT forget No 5 or Allure. Thanks for the review
I do like Chanel chance eau fraiche which is long lasting and citrus/woody great for summer. And chance eau tendre edt is a pretty clean fragrance that is more of a skin scent, but nice. I get compliments on coco noir every time I wear it and it makes me feel classy dressed up and elegant. I’m considering adding a coco mad but I’m not sure how much I’d wear it. It seems a little too generic for me. I do not like Gabrielle. It’s too floral for me.
Hi Soki I'm so glad you like Gabrielle Essence as I have it and love it. I agree Chanel is so expensive, especially in Australia, but I find it's not as expensive as some niche perfumes, of which I have none of. 💕🌺
Looking at the Chanel for an upcoming birthday. I sprayed Coco Chanel on one wrist and Coco Mademoiselle on the other. After 90 mins Coco still strong. Mademoiselle faded after 30 mins. Had to reapply and now fading after another 30 mins.
Even though my skin eats most perfumes, Allure keeps reactivating all day and it makes me feel elegant. I love Chanel Eau Premiere and I find the same thing. It lasts on my clothes too. I just adore Eau Vive in the summer and wish they had released it in eau de parfum. There is something very unique and multi dimensional about most Chanel perfumes but they do seem a bit stuck in the past. To me Gabrielle was totally underwhelming. 🤷♀️
I looove gabrielle essence; it was love at first spray when it was just released; and Soki I was surprised when I tried Coco a year ago, it smells so nice and has some similar note as Gabrielle essence, Coco is on my list to buy soon; it is underrated imo; I also like Eau tendre Edt❤️ I used to like allure sensuelle and allure but formula has changed; new allure has less vanilla and new allure sensuelle has more patchouli than vanilla which make it unisex!!! Great review!!!😀
Have they reformulated the original Allure? I've worn it for years and I've had my bottle for a few years and it doesn't smell at all citrusy, and it lasts all day on me. I love it. As i've gotten older I now like Coco as well, but I wouldn't have gone for that in my 20's or early 30's. No. 5 is unbearable. Gives me a headache.
I have three favourite Chanel scents. Chance eau tendre, Paris-Edimbourg and Paris-Biarritz...altho I will admit the lasting power on the latter is poor. Now goin to look out for Gabrielle Essence...very intrigued!! Thanks for a cool and honest review of Chanel!
Coco Noir is my favorite at the moment but Chanel 22, and Mademoiselle are up there too. #5 yes definitely but mostly in cooler temps. They are all lovely 😊
I love new chanel 5, I think it is modern! Also chanel noir, so fresh with a bergamot! Should try many times to understand the beauty of chanel perfume.
For some reason to me I always prefer Chanel EDTs over their EDPs, for No5 it might be due to the fact that the EDP is a full-on reformulation from the 80s but even with Coco i just enjoy the accords of the EDT more… wonder if anyone else has had the same experience
Coco Noir is my favorite even though it smells slightly dated/mature. Took me some time to fully appreciate it, but now that I do, I want to pick up a full bottle soon. I love Chance EDP as well, but it does not last well at all and it's too expensive to not be long lasting.
My favorite is Chanel no5. They are really nice and make you feel so classy buuuuuuuut I do have to say some of the dupe fragrances are so close and so much cheaper, so it makes it hard to justify sometimes. It definitely is a luxury to be able to afford their perfumes. Lets just hope they don’t start with those crazy “niche” prices 😂
I wish Chanel would come out with a new line. I got tired of Mademoiselle and the eau tendre edt ages and ages ago. I have the No 5 leau which I do like, but I don't reach for it much anymore.
I use Allure for years and fresh, citrusy is the least description I would use. On me it is heavier, sweet and totally powder scent. And lasts for days. On clothes, till I wash them. Definitely for winter. In summer I would die... Interesting, how our view on this perfume is totally different 😊
Yes, Allure EDP is heavy. My bottle has serious longevity, like yours. I smelled a tester at the mall recently and it smells like it has been watered down, reduced oil concentration.
I only go for citrusy light and green scents. I like the light eau de toilettes from Chanel very much 😊 I value your knowledge and watch your videos. Though We do not prefer the same scents I can benefit from your expertise. I have not dared to try No 19, but now I definetely will! My most complimented is chance edt vive, then chance edt fraiche and I LOVELOVELOVE Chanel Cristalle edt. I have oily skin and anything sweet smells weird on me.
Hi , one of my favorite brands are chanel perfumes, my ph goes prety well !! I love coco mademussele, coco mademussele intense , chanel nunber 5 leur, Grabriel essense , coco noir , I adore Gardenia , beigue , lioom and coromandel !!! Definitely 👍
For me Chanel it’s more apealing than Dior… i cannot manage to like one, perhaps dior addict. My Chanel’s😊: Cristalle eau vert( might discontinue?), gabrielle, n5 eau de parfum and eau de toilette, n 19, allure sensuelle, coco mademoiselle eau de toilette( on me it’s super strong), eau fraiche,..
Hi Soki thank you so much for this great video 😊I very recently purchased Gabrielle Essence. I wanted to add a Chanel perfume to my collection and this one is by far my favorite ❤️
Chanel perfumes do last the whole all of them even the EDT. Chanel perfumes tell a story cause the the develop differently the whole lady they are not one dimensional like modern ones.
My fave is Crystalle, Coco edt, Chance edp and Allure edt. My least faves are Gabrielle and sensualle. I am an aldehyde and chypre lover. Parfum de Marley new release has aldehyde in so maybe its making a comeback. ?👍😘
I have 2 of your top 3; Gabrielle Essence and Chance Eau Tendre. So, I feel accomplished with my small collection of perfumes. I also have a small amount left of Chance Eau Fraiche EDT but I am curious to know if I should try the new Eau Fraiche EDP. Thoughts?🥰
@SokiLondon I layered it today with D&Gabbana Devotion as well as Bianco Latte and its soooooooo delicious. Not muddled at all. The notes really work so good together.
Chanel Chance - the original is one of my top 3 all-time favorite fragrances. I wear it mainly during Autumn and Winter as it is a heavier scent. My other favorites are Estee Lauder Beautiful (the original) and Chopard Casmir (the original red box) - which may or may not be in production anymore (??). It is a heavier mix of vanilla and spices. I also love Estee Lauder's original "Estee". And the best ever vanilla fragrance, IMO, is the long discontinued "Encounter" by Victoria's Secret (your Mom may remember if she ever tried any of the VS fragrances back in the 1990s/early 2000s) - Not designer or expensive of course, but it was the perfect light vanilla fragrance for Spring and Summer. And two more favorites are the discontinued Ralph Lauren "Blue" for women, which I wore mostly in Winter months and the original "Romance" which is a floral, Spring/Summer scent. Obviously, all in all I prefer heavier spicy vanilla-based fragrances and florals. Even as a teenager I preferred the heavier scents. I never liked anything fruity or sweet. You may find as you get older that you like the heavier scents better. Our tastes (and noses) can change.
I'm not worried about Chanel, there will always be people who love at least some of their scents cause their perfumes have elegance and refinement not comparable with Dior. Allure EDP is not just an orange blossom perfume, sorry, it's so so so complex and classy, you have to wear it to see how it develops and it's not dated at all. As for the EDTs I had eau tendre and it lasted well, eau vive lasts me the whole work day. So on some people they last.
Soki, thank you for this review. I can’t agree about the longivety of Chances edt, I have classic one, fraiche, vive for a very long time and I can say that they can easily compete with edp, on my skin it’s 8-10 hours with good projection and on clothes it stays for weeks. Especially eau Vive, I used to get compliments at the end of they day when I go somewhere and meet friends, it’s without reapplying during the day. I also have Chance edp and in comparison with edt, even if it’s more intense and deep being edp the lasting power is much less, around 6h and sits close to the skin after.
Chanel No.5 Eau de Parfum is VERY different from Chanel No. 5 Eau de Toilette. Eau de Parfum was released in the 1980’s, closer to the trend of 80’s strong scents. Before knowing what I know now, for years I’d go to the counter at the department stores, reach for the Eau de Parfum, smell it and disappointingly put it away. Did not even dare spray it on my skin. I disliked the scent that much, and could not understand Chanel No. 5’s fame. Then I found the No. 5 for me. It’s the Eau de Toilette. And also the pure Parfum. I own both. Both came out in 1920’s, they are original No. 5’s. The Eau de Toilette being the lighter version of the pure Parfum. Of course we’ll never know how exactly No.5 smelled in 1921 when it was released, because of the different ingredients used at that time, but do go to the counter and try the Eau de Toilette alongside with the Eau de Parfum and you’ll see that there is a big difference in smell. The pure Parfum is not usually in department stores but in Chanel boutiques, however both Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette are in the department stores. Do a side by side comparison and you’ll see the difference. I’ve never been into 80’s perfume scent profiles, and still dislike Eau de Parfum, and to me Eau de Toilette is different, refined, elegant, and even “modern”. Definitely timeless. I also have Eau Premiere of Chanel No. 5 and that one to me is original No. 5 with light citruses and a lovely vanilla. I like that as well.
I struggle in general with Chanel fragrances. That prominent powdery quality to them is sooo prominent and bothers my nose. The only fragrance I have from the brand is Coco Mademoiselle Intense. I bought it after trying it out in store. When I tested it in store I didn't get the powderyness, but now that I have it at home, that's all that I get from it. I really cannot enjoy it on its own. I find myself having to always layer it with something else, just to dum down that powderyness. If anyone can point me in the direction of a fragrance of theirs that doesn't have that powdery quality, I'd be grateful.
I love the video even though I don’t share the same opinion for Chanel n5. I use and love the eau premiere and think is very wearable! Also there are other perfume for example, Et voilà by Teo Cabanel that has aldehydes and it’s so pretty! :)
It’s not true that aldehydes are not used in modern perfumery. Frederic Malle’s Iris Poudre, Le Cris by Parfums d’Empire, to name a few, are aldehytic.
I love Chanel Chance and Chance eau fraîche, both eau de toilette. Both very sensual, feminin and clean fragrances and I get a lot of compliments when wearing them. Curious about Gabrielle! Have had a body mist of Coco Madmoiselle and that was fantastic, don’t get the same feeling about the perfume though.
Hi Soki I used to wear Allure edt back in the 90's and then it was good for lasting, but I now wear Idole Intense something about the intense reminds me of it which is great because much cheaper and long lasting, my least favourite is Chanel no five, you are definitely right they need something new to reinvent themselves 😊
I was gifted Coco Noir and I just can't decide on it. On the one hand it's sexy and mature and has decent lasting power. But on the other hand I kind of feel like it's TOO mature for me. I've had it for over a year and still can't decide if I like it lol.
I love with a capital L., Gabrielle essence.!! The next step would be Chanel allure sensualle.. I am planning on getting the chance Eau Tendre . I have Chanel Coco,I have Chanel Coco noir. I have Chanel no5 I also have the regular Allure, which does not last for more than an hour. It’s heartbreaking because that really is a beautiful scent. but I am so in love with the Coco mademoiselle, intensement. Lots of compliments off of that one.. has anyone ever tried chanel19 EDP ? I am curious as to if this would be a welcome scent or is it offputting? .
People in the comments after watching this video: And I took that personally! 😭😤 It's Soki's opinion and experience. It's not the end of the world to have a different opinion. There are plenty of reviewers who will sing you a story about Chanel so you can feel at peace. Please start meditating for all of that unplaced anger. ☮🕊
I love the men's fragrances of Chanel. Sweet, airy/light, delicious, fruits,... (all bleu's, platinum egoiste, allure homme sport edition blanche,....) But what I smelled of the female ones made me think some smelled more masculine than the actual men's fragrances. They are much heavier (on woods or musks). And I recently got a sample of Coco Mademoiselle and I truly hated it, felt really too heavy and earthy for me (not a patchouli lover, and couldn't smell any fruits). For Dior it's the opposite, I like most female versions, and not a big fan of the guy's fragrances. Sometimes I like to wear Chance in the fall: lovely woods, but at the same times, it smells a bit of the inside of a varnished vintage wooden wardrobe with old coat's in it. XD Chande eau tendre EDT I try to not be allergic to (those musks stay forever on me and make me sneeze), and have to try the eau fraîche. Maybe Coco Noir, the Gabrielle's and 19 are more up my alley.
Great video, I love Chanel, however, won't be repurchasing Chanel No 5, got too expensive & doesn't last, I even use the lotion, my favorite now is Chanel Allure, definitely last long, love love the scent, also love Cocoa Chanel mademoiselle, have to try the other ones.
I am desperately hunting for my perfect signature scent which would have the following features.... -powdery -floral -fresh -clean -feminine -projecting -long lasting -affordable great quality I adore the smell of baby powder i just want to cover myself in it the scent is perfect the lavender and the powder is my perfect scent; i just need it in perfume form obviously 😅
Oh dear, I was interested to try Chanel Cristalle Eau Verte. That bad? Is it 'safe' for someone who's never used Chanel perfumes? Also Interested in the Les Eaux ones Biarritz and Deauville.
I have used Chanel Chance original for a while and have loved it, but I got a new one as a gift at Christmas and it smells different to me......closer to Chanel No 5 ....that bright, sparkly note seems to be gone.......is there anyone else who feels this way as well?
My number 1 is Coco Mademoiselle...then Paris Venice (which smells like Chance eau tandre to me). I struggle with No 5. Gabrielle Essence is on my wishlist.
Can you make a video for most appropriate chanel perfumes for spring and summer , it would be really helpful! I tried to find something on the topic, but can't find any recommendations
I like Coco Mademoiselle and you have recommended me the intense version. I'll buy it once I've reached a milestone or when I'm already 40. 😂 Chance eau Tendre is a pass for me since it has traditional rose scent. I prefer jammy rose or a slightly sweet hint of it. Chanel No. 5, on my nose, smells nice but as an expensive hotel room spray. I don't know what my best friend did with her bottle because she disliked it so much and made me smell it once. 😂😂😂
P.S. I recently watched video compilation of complaints about Chanel quilted flap bag, from the asymmetry to the chain and to the leather problems. And the guts to increase price twice a year! Good thing I've never liked that flap bag even during my childhood days.
I appreciate your channel. You do some excellent reviews, but I have to disagree with a lot of the things you say in this one I’m a huge fan of Chanel perfumes and Chanel perfumes are made with the highest quality. Most of their scents have great longevity in their scent trail like Chanel #5: coco mademoiselle and Coromandel last up to 6 hours long. I think you get what you pay for and everyone knows they’re absolutely getting a super product with CHANEL . I can appreciate this list is your preference and your taste and opinion .

My intense has a clear cap too?
@@rhiannoncarney the Coco mademoiselle intense does have a clear cap. Made of glass.
What I'm talking about specifically is the Chance range, not Coco Mademoiselle 😊

Thanks much for mentioning and clarification! Cheers!
Long ignored, I love Chanel parfums more and more. My favourites are
No 5 (Eau de Toilette)
Coco (Eau de Toilette)
No 19 Eau Poudré
No 5 Eau de Parfum was created in the 80s and adapted to mainstream tastes at that time. It's not as refined and timeless like the Eau de Toilette from the 1920s. It's not just a different concentration, it's rather a flanker of the edt, which was worn by Coco Chanel and presumably Marylin Monroe.
Totally agree, Gabrielle Essence is absolutely superb!
Thanks for sharing!!
Chanel eau de parfum5... It's ok
Disappointed
Looking at the Chanel for an upcoming birthday. I sprayed Coco Chanel on one wrist and Coco Mademoiselle on the other. After 90 mins
Coco still strong.
Essence is my favorite! Also, your sound quality is great!
Yay, thank you!
My favourite is the classic Coco Mademoiselle but now I'm curious about Gabrielle Essence 😊
I wear co co mademoiselle and intense I loved it both and adored as my signature duo
I looove gabrielle essence; it was love at first spray when it was just released; and Soki I was surprised when I tried Coco a year ago, it smells so nice and has some similar note as Gabrielle essence, Coco is on my list to buy soon; it is underrated imo; I also like Eau tendre Edt❤️
I used to like allure sensuelle and allure but formula has changed; new allure has less vanilla and new allure sensuelle has more patchouli than vanilla which make it unisex!!!
Great review!!!😀
I couldn't agree more. Chanel coco is really underrated. It is a beautiful classic but still modern, in my opinion.
I used to love Allure Sensual also back in the day ❤❤❤
Have they reformulated the original Allure?
Thanks for sharing!!
Great video, but Coco Eau de Parfum is not a chypre. This is an oriental floral amber spicy perfume.
I actually grabbed the N 5 L’eau before the price went nuts! I still have my CoCo Chanel and Coco Noir. So those should last me a good while.
Yes, me😊.
Same! Especially with Coco edt & CM edt!! Chance Eau Fraiche edp however lasts far longer than the edt IMO
💯
I use Allure for years and fresh, citrusy is the least description I would use. On me it is heavier, sweet and totally powder scent. And lasts for days. On clothes, till I wash them. Definitely for winter. In summer I would die... Interesting, how our view on this perfume is totally different 😊
Which Allure is it? Edp , Edt or Sensuelle ? I have the Edp one, smells angelic 😊 Thanks
@@florpro5421Allure Edp. I used it on my wedding and it was perfect 😊
Yes, Allure EDP is heavy. My bottle has serious longevity, like yours. I smelled a tester at the mall recently and it smells like it has been watered down, reduced oil concentration.
Hi Sofia, I’m with you 💯% about Chanel perfumes. I only like Chanel Gabrielle Essence, Chance EDP and Mademoiselle Intense. The rest is no for me!
I only go for citrusy light and green scents.
I like the light eau de toilettes from Chanel very much 😊
I value your knowledge and watch your videos.
I would love to hear your views on the Chanel Les Exclusifs range.
Hi Soki thank you so much for this great video 😊I very recently purchased Gabrielle Essence. I wanted to add a Chanel perfume to my collection and this one is by far my favorite ❤️
Great choice !
I like the Chanel 19 powder a lot
Chanel perfumes do last the whole all of them even the EDT. Chanel perfumes tell a story cause the the develop differently the whole lady they are not one dimensional like modern ones.
My fave is Crystalle, Coco edt, Chance edp and Allure edt. My least faves are Gabrielle and sensualle. I am an aldehyde and chypre lover.
Parfum de Marley new release has aldehyde in so maybe its making a comeback. ?👍😘
My favorite is Crystalle Vert and Crystalle. It’s long lasting on my skin.
I love Coco Eau de Parfum ❤❤❤❤❤
I have 2 of your top 3; Gabrielle Essence and Chance Eau Tendre. So, I feel accomplished with my small collection of perfumes. I also have a small amount left of Chance Eau Fraiche EDT but I am curious to know if I should try the new Eau Fraiche EDP. Thoughts?🥰
Oh yes i just bought gabrielle essence! Its amazing and so clean and fresh. I love it so much ❤
Enjoy!
@SokiLondon I layered it today with D&Gabbana Devotion as well as Bianco Latte and its soooooooo delicious. Not muddled at all. The notes really work so good together.
Chanel tendre has no rose yet you’ve said it’s a rose perfume?
My favourites are Chanel Chance (I own the Edt) and Coco Edt.
I’ve heard this about edts being longer lasting
Chanel perfumes are my favorites I will always have coco noir, coco Mademoiselle and Chanel no 5, still on the fence about Gabrielle essence❤❤
Thanks for sharing!!
My favorite are chance eau fraiche and gabrielle essence. I spritz it on my body in the morning and lasting all day. Always get compliment
This is so helpful. Thank you, Soki!
Glad it was helpful!
I love the video even though I don’t share the same opinion for Chanel n5. I use and love the eau premiere and think is very wearable! Also there are other perfume for example, Et voilà by Teo Cabanel that has aldehydes and it’s so pretty! :)
I’m going to Europe end of August and September. If you can only take one perfume with you, what would that be? It doesn’t have to be Chanel. 😊
Hello Soky .I have eau premiere, Mademoiselle Intense ,Gabrielle essence and Chistalle edp 2023 .Love them .❤
Did Coco Mademoiselle change the formula. What I just bought smells nothing like the older one.
To me, the edt is closer to the og than the current edp. I have worm CM for 15 years and the newer edp just does not last. Try the edt!
I love Gabrielle essence. I have half a bottle left
I love the smell of the Chanel Chance Eau Tendre but have never purchased because it doesn’t last and the EDP just isn’t the same which is a bummer
It's Soki's opinion and experience. It's not the end of the world to have a different opinion. There are plenty of reviewers who will sing you a story about Chanel so you can feel at peace. Please start meditating for all of that unplaced anger. ☮🕊
Haha thank you 🙏
I love the men's fragrances of Chanel.
Thanks for sharing!!
I am desperately hunting for my perfect signature scent which would have the following features....
-powdery
-floral
-fresh
-clean
-feminine
-projecting
-long lasting
-affordable great quality
I adore the smell of baby powder i just want to cover myself in it the scent is perfect the lavender and the powder is my perfect scent; i just need it in perfume form obviously 😅
Narciso Rodriguez for her :)
@@SokiLondon Musk/Parfum/Toilette? Ive seen some fruity notes im cautious of as im more of a floral than fruity gal
Oh dear, I was interested to try Chanel Cristalle Eau Verte. That bad? Is it 'safe' for someone who's never used Chanel perfumes? Also Interested in the Les Eaux ones Biarritz and Deauville.
I think it’s over priced and you can get other similar fresh scents for much less :)
@@SokiLondonWhat alternatives could I explore? Also keen to know your thoughts on Biarritz and Deauville.
Can you please rank Lancome & Dior fragrances?🌹
🌺
Thanks Soki🌹
Sure thing!
Would you consider doing essence vault clone reviews? Or alhambra or alharamain reviews?
What do you think about their Les Exclusifs?
I’ve not tried them properly, so expensive 😔
@@SokiLondon Wait till you get to Coromandel…worth every penny…i would recommend sampling them in Chanel stores
@@SokiLondon They can give you some samples at Chanel Boutique!
Very helpful video. Thank you!
