93 Jordan was simply in a zone, his jump shot was automatic, had the fade away and still drove with spectacular layups and dunks. The slightest thing would set him off, my favorite game of this season is Game 4 of the ECF when he lit up the Knicks for 54pts. He was unconscious that day and many others.

    • @williamkoscielniak820
      @williamkoscielniak820 5 лет назад +5

The '93 season is when I first started really watching the Bulls and following basketball. He was insane. I mean I was a kid and all and see it through rose colored glasses but I just remember him doing something at least once a game that made my draw drop. His post game was the best it had been in his career but he still had "Air Jordan". '96 Jordan was almost as good as he could still get to the basket and his post up are was the best of his career. The following two years he wasn't as exciting to watch but he was still the best in the game.

if i had to choose the best version of MJ is really between the 88 and 93 season..88 because he was an athletic freak ..his best defensive year too along with 35 ppg and 93 because of his elite midrange and leadership ..but i ctually gonna go with the 91 season because it combines both and he was hungry for his first title that time .

After watching a video or two like this it’s almost silly to hear people say it.
Videos where it’s plays throughout an entire game as opposed to just random highlights are so much better.U get to see a players actual game and how they move around the court,etc...And I always wonder how many plays of MJs career didn’t even a get a replay?

I saw Jordan live during the 90's as a kid growing up.. And now that we are living in the "social media era" and how these sports media outlets always disrespect him. Trying to makw him out as this average player. Then I look at his videos like this. And chills run through my spine. Saying they must be Stevie Wonder. Cause he's simply amazing.

@Lisa Rose Rose is true but his career as a high flyer is short lived. If you going to include him then I'm just going to add Ron Harper pre injury Cavs, Penny Hardaway, and Grant Hill. Go watch the highlights of those players pre injury and you'll see what I mean. Lavine is not much of a star on the court just because he had a spectacular dunk contest. How many all star appearances has he had? I can't remember any. AD is not a high flyer. If you going to include him then I'm going to include Shaq and David Robinson. David Robinson pre ACL injury was rediculously athletic. This is waaaaaay before Tim Duncan now. I never seen a 7 footer besides him come down on a fastbreak and windmill it with two hands. Hell I watched Chris Webber at 6'10" do a 360 in the rookie game back in the day. Jordan got the best of almost all of these players back in the day!

I can't even remember anything about the Bucks from the early 90s. I know they had some good teams in the mid 80s and I definitely remember the Ray Allen and Big Dog Bucks from the late 90s. But not this squad.

2:37 how is this a foul? yeah, I know, GOAT privilege. But still, it's so unfair. His arms are up, his feet planted, he doesn't leave the ground, he doesn't even body Jordan up. He just plays good solid fundamental defense, and the ref punished him for it, because Jordan. It's no wonder a whole generation of kids grew up not understanding the rules of fair defense and stopped caring for fundamentals. Because refs stopped calling things fairly sometime between 1990 and 1992.

Kind of a shame that some teams were able to be taken out of the early by the refs & just knew they had no chance on particular nights against the bulls in the Chi.

this is the guy they said was better than lebron. yall are out yall got damn mind spitting out utter bullshit like that. lebron is CLEARLY a better basketball player than jordan. mj just had more accomplishments because of his surroundings. if reggie miller played on the jazz, mj wouldnt have won shit. but that type of lineup is what lbj has to go against.

    • @ProductofCrew

Jay Briggs 38 year old Jordan was averaging 25-6-5 in the 2000’s.. you think a prime Michael Jordan wouldn’t get 5 more points or more in today’s game? He averaged 30-6-5 for his career, the only thing that dropped was points when he got older. It clear that 1991-93 MJ would average the same if not more pts, asts, and rebs.. Stfu you have no clue what you’re talking about. Michael would torch this league and expose todays guards post defense.. he would be hitting fadeaways all day and dunking in the face of all of the small centers we have now.
Go get some facts before you just say everyone is spitting bullshit.

Product of Crew Yea Yea Yea drop stats when Lbj stats are clearly better than Jordan's, get tf outta here. Lebron would kill Jordan if he played in today's game. MJ is a modern day dear derozan. People like you just scared to admit it. I've watched thousands of games in my life. If tmac never got injured he would've been better than MJ too.

    • @ProductofCrew

Jay Briggs “if T-Mac would’ve never got injured he would’ve been better than MJ”
You have to be the most ignorant basketball fan to walk the face of the Earth. You have balls to say something so stupid like that.
First of all, Michael accomplished more in LESS time than LeBron. check their resumes. Also, I won’t be convinced that a stat padder such as LeBron and someone who says “I would vote for me” when asked about MVP votings (Self promoter) is better than Michael Jordan. I would rather have 30-6-5 with 6 championships and a player who gets you the results REGARDLESS OF STATS. Your delusion that LBJ (who I consider the 2nd greatest player ever) is better than MJ is laughable.
Secondly, if you think Michael Jordan is nothing but a Demar DeRozan (nice job taking that phrase from Steph Curry The G.O.A.T by the way) then you SERIOUSLY should consider watching another sport besides basketball. No one who is a student of the game actually would say anything like that. You honestly need to study up a bit on what you argue about.

    • @jaybriggs2430

Jay Briggs So you’re going retract back to that statement of saying Michael accomplished more but also say he wouldn’t be better than T-Mac or equal to DeRozan? Don’t contradict yourself pal.

      - defense was twice as tough. Scoring went up 20% in 04-05 when the rules changed, tool. 90's is recognized universally as thee defensive era. Facts.
Today's NBA is shorter than any other year since the 60's and 70's!! Facts! This is obvious to anyone who watched basketball but morons like you try to use one game as proof of an entire decade. This is the simplistic logic of kids who have no substance in their positions and arguments. Facts.
Lastly, Antetokoumpo and the others you mentioned are not guards like MJ and much larger dumbass. They would be the primary defender of MJ in an NBA game. Facts! Do you even understand basketball. This idiotic statement is constantly repeated by douchebags that don't see, to realize that a player defends the other player of the SAME POSITION! This is obvious to anyone who can barely spell basketball, lol.
FYI, any top player would play well in any era. Who cares if Antetokoumpo would do well here. Are you suggesting everyone today plays like Antetokoumpo? That's laughable. Do you realize guys like T.J. McConnell play today? Do you realize guys like him are today's average player? Are you really stupid enough to think everyone today is an Antetokoumpo? I think you are that stupid, lol.
Your heroes today beat up on countless teams that are in rebuild mode and that are "tanking". They play much fewer good teams that MJ did in a season. Today's East is the most pathetic conference in history. There have never been this many bad teams in the NBA. Go learn some NBA 101 and if you insist on arguing, bring some real fucking facts and points - not ridiculous 12 year old little boy logic, smh. 👊👍👏
