He used it off-camera a few episodes earlier. Haki isn't a form, more of a power. Conqueror's Haki allows a wielder to exert their willpower over those around them, and the weak-willed pass out. Observation Haki allows you to hear the 'voice' of your enemy's next attack and can be countered by a stronger will using it, or by an attack that's simply too fast to react to. Don't know why she mentions Snakeman as the first form of Gear Fourth, it's the last. He uses Boundman dozens of episodes earlier, an entire saga before we learn about Snakeman, and Tankman is the second form. Also, Cracker's soldiers aren't crackers, they're biscuits. Gear Fifth basically gives him toon force, like a Looney Toons characters. Reality itself becomes stretchy.
this is really a missleading video. most of these are not consider "forms" and are just how luffys body work, and also a bunch of em are from filler episodes. there is also nothing like a "haki" form or "baloon" form. there are only a few canon forms: his base form. (normal) gear 2nd (higher blood preassure, red glow, faster attacks) gear 3th (can pump air in his bones/limps to huge sizes, making him stronger but much slower) gear 4th (bounce man, permanent tension on his body, some people see this as a combination of 2nd and 3th, also includes the "sub gear" of snake man which makes him faster but slightly weaker) gear 5th (awakening, god form, cartoon mode, nika) haki can be used together with ALL gears and forms.
He's doing all the story telling, world building and drawing the manga. Of course he has editors and helpers. As for the show it gets animated by Toei Animation Studio.

Oda has already confirmed that one piece isn't the "friends we made along the way" they are going to get an actual reward for going through all those hardships and adventures.

One Piece as long as it has been running is not even a contender for the most episodes of an Anime, surprising as that sounds. the current longest running Animes have been Detective Conan, Doraemon and Sezae-San. even if we were going chronologically, Dragonball would be the longest running anime, as that started back in Japan in the late 1970s.
Doraemon is a kids show, and it's an edutainment show at that. that'd be the 3000 ep one you be thinking of. Detective Conan is more around 2000 eps than 3000, though it has 30 movies under it's belt.@@isorstho7378

Like for instance this so called "plot armor form", it was just a gag, it lasted for a few second because even Luffy noticed it's dumb because although he can't be hit he also can't attack, in this fight he had sort of plot armor but it was more plot forshadowing, this whole arc was one of the most important in terms of the world building, but we could notice that hundreds of chapters later. Luffy's "plot armor" was about him being made of rubber, Enel was made of lightning so Luffy was his natural counter, it's a forshadowing of main plot because Enel was self-proclaimed god and Luffy's full name is Monkey D. Luffy and later in the story we got to know that people with D. initial are natural enemies of gods (rulers of the world). Some sort of error was actually in most of those descriptions, Katakuri wasn't "too fast" for Luffy, his observation Haki was so strong he could see the future, that's how he was able to dogde Luffy's attacks. When we are talking about haki - Luffy didn't master any of its form during the time-skip, he simply learnt how to use it, he got better fighting opponents better than him with it. Ok, i could be pointing out the mistakes all day, you got the point xD
the show isnt really about powerups and forms though, It does ruin some moments but the show is really all about his relationships and what he does in the places he goes. All of the comedy, drama, and adventure will still hit
