Hey, Luca. Love your channel. Quick question.. I am in fairly good shape. When I use the trap bar and my back is more upright, I feel tightness around my right midback/lat. I don't feel this when I do squats or use the traditional barbell. I also have very stable shoulders, so don't think it is scapular instability. Do you know if the problem would be my anatomy for trap bar or if something is imbalanced, like right vs left side?

Id have that checked out by a PT. Could be a number of things but hard to tell without assessing you.
