@@neverfittingnam in the game settings. The last one. However when I did the upgrade on mij kickr core and the software update zwift automatically changed it. So it worked pretty quick
I can connect the click to my companion app and do an update but it won't connect to my zwift app. I see several questions about this issue but no answer yet. Does anybody know how to fix this?
Please make the virtual shifting compatible with all trainers and all smartbikes... I bought the Zwift Play mainly for the virtual shifting and discovered that it wasn't compatible with my smart bike (Bodytone SMB1 V3) or any smartbike in fact. It's a simple +1 or -1 on the resistance of my smart bike that Zwift already controls ! Please update this !
What chain position would be fine or the most appropiate for the chainring in the front and the rear on the 11-speed cassette for a road bike ?? Thanks
I'm able to connect Zwift click, but after some minutes, blue light get off and Click disconnect. I need to go to parameters to reconnect each time.. any idea ?

@@neverfittingnam may not apply in your case, but I had this exact pattern (connected with Companion app and firmware updated, but wasn't recognised by Zwift program on my PC). In my case, it was because the port my Bluetooth dongle was inserted in (on my PC) was faulty. Moved the dongle to another USB port and it worked. Another issue someone raised was that Companion should be turned off when first connecting Click to Zwift. This video is misleading because it doesn't tell you to turn Companion off. Once Click is connected/paired with Zwift, Companion can be turned back on.
@@neverfittingnam I had the same problem. You need to connect all of your gear via bluetooth to pc. even if they were connected to pc via ANT+ before. Just click on every tile of gear like cadence, resistance or power and check if they are connected via BT. Then your clicker should appear in control tile.
The Android app shows 'Controls' too add the Zwift Click... my Windows app is allegedly up to date but doesn't show the option to add the Zwift Click (shows 'Steering'). Any ideas?
The Zwift Click should appear under 'controls' when you click on it on the pairing screen. You may have to turn the click device on and off a few times to get it ready to pair!
The cog is too loud and the click wont connect to PC. What a waste of 45 min. Videos dont explain everything either. I have nothing to show for it but greasy hands and alot of frustration. Returning this now.
Agree that the video is very simplistic. It could do with an add-on minute describing Troubleshooting. There are about 5 potential, very basic, issues that could prevent Click from working.
Works great, but you should add into the video that you need to turn on virtual shifting in the settings. 😊
The in game settings? Or in the app?
Which Settings?

I’m sorry, the zwift clicker just isn’t getting found by my iPad. It’s found in my companion app and updated but refuses to connect to my iPad.
Same issue. Did you ever get a solution?
@@BF22SI did, I had to update the software of the actual turbo trainer via their app. That sorted it all out

Do i need to get the zwift cog with this to let virtual shifting work ? Or does zwift click work for V shifting alone ?

The resistance is Electro magnets on the Zwift Hub
Zwift click with tacx neo possible?
No not at the moment, Click only works with Hub. 🚀
