Come across your chanel only couple weeks ago, really like the content and then have seen your face at 10km syd Harbour last Sunday- close to finish line with camera I think 👍
Sucks you need to leave, but hope you can sort out your visa - will be shame if Au running community lose you mate - sometimes those things fall into the place in least expected ways, and hope your visa will !!!

How do you run a sub 3:30 per km pace and look like you're jogging? I feel like I'm nearly sprinting and i have no running economy at that speed.
