You can't duplicate a person like this. It's almost impossible to fathom he ever existed at all. He is one of the greatest songwriters and performers of all time...and we got him in our lifetimes.
Find it even more special when Paul sings certain songs with his beautiful aged voice. We are so lucky to have this man with us. I'm 29 and have seen him 22 times now .. my idol.
I'm actually teary eyed when I felt that there's really a "struggle" when he's singing this.. gotta love him more and more, bec this performance only strengthen the fact that Paul--a music legend himself--is still with us.. that's the sweetest, touching part for me, as a fan..the beautiful voice faded through time, but the "old voice" shares his journey in life as a musician, and that's soulful and powerful for that reason.. and it's same as it doesn't matter if my mom's voice isn't as lovely as when i was young, as long as i could hear her sing with all her heart, it's still real magic to just hear her and know she's still with us..

Saw him a few weeks ago and he sounded better than this. He sang 30+ songs over 3 hrs and was on stage and singing lead for every song. This was the best concert I have been to. Not an unhappy person in the crowd. So glad I got to see a Beatle playing Beatle songs! He was fantastic and it was all so effortless.I was amazed that he could do all the screaming (in Hey Jude and Baby I’m Amazed) and then play Yesterday without losing his voice. No he wasn’t the Paul of 30 years ago ... but this was a really special event! He hit the notes that were essential and this is why he can keep going.
Something very endearing about listening to this legend sing this beautiful song. Time may have taken some his way of singing but it hasn't taken his heart and greatness.

The funny thing is, the Beatles also got quite a lot of hate and disdain from the media and the older generation of their time. Paul was called the granny music Beatle for mostly writing mellow romantic ballads (but then he wrote Helter Skelter which went on to inspire heavy metal lol), their hair styles were often made fun of and people claimed they were wigs....so many other stuff. Basically, the fandom became a little too intense with showing their love for them that people started looking down on them too. Kinda like K-pop stans but worse. Anyway, Justin Bieber doesn't write his own songs so maybe not?

When I saw him play my home town , Sheffield Arena in 2003 it was so emotional we were 4 rows from the front and to see him in person after being part of my musical life from the age of 7 ... my eyes welled up with tears , have seen him a few times since then , but that first gig remains in my heart 🥰
If you watch his performances from 2017 his voice has dramatically improved. I personally think that it is because he has rested his voice and that he doesnt drink before a concert anymore
