However I was put on no exercise for most of my pregnancy and I felt like I had failed somehow. When really those who get to train throughout are the lucky ones. It's amazing that you're showing this side of things!
Congratulations!!!! 🎉I can definitely understand your difficulty with playing the waiting game. My first pregnancy was fairly easy and didn’t have to worry about much. My husband and I are nervous to get pregnant again because the first one we got so lucky. Even our 7 month old is the most laid back baby I’ve ever seen. Sending prayers and positive vibes!

Thank you for sharing with us. I am sorry you have had that scary experience. I was always terrified of a miscarriage and would have dreams of it. I worked out full term and 5 days. You got this. Curious, have you thought about hiring a pregnant/post partum training coach? I am in the process of getting certified and think it wouldn't be a bad idea for you to reach out to someone who is. Also, are you doing hypnobirthing? It is a great process that helps with calming of the mind and goes hand in hand with your meditations. I look forward to watching your journey.
I feel like people don’t really understand how nerve racking pregnancy can be in and of itself even with a healthy baby. Because anything can go wrong at any moment, then throw in the mix when things go a little left and it’s all a wait and see or there are complications. I def do not know what it’s like to have complications. I had a smooth pregnancy. But, I have friends who have had complications and have had to watch them navigate those and be there for them as they need it. Pregnancy is a beautiful but crazy thing. Congrats to you both on your journey!

I had a experience too but I was so fed up that I just flipped when the doctor said that I should think about my other children because of the chaves of disabilities and special needs for the baby that I was pregnant with. I couldn’t take it anymore and just told her to mind her business and stick to her job. My other kids were MY problem to worry about (she said that to hint that I should terminate the pregnancy)
