Hey pisuarez here in Australia there is absolutely nothing that even looks close to mexican cuisine .......YES we have mexican restaraunts BUT THEY ARE FAR FROM AUTHENTIC !! I would love to got to mexico and learn i would be happy to be in the kitchen doin the hard yards to LEARN what it is that you ALL find so satisfying with the cuisine that feeds the people without a lot of money and its tasty and if that took a few months then i think that would be so rewarding ...Birria Mmm Taco's Mmm Torta's Just to learn and spread the love of food .... omg this food looks so good ! But regulations would never allow this kind of street food stand operating here :( choping meat on a stump of wood ? no way ! you gotta eat the chopped meat from a plastic board to take in those precious plastic particles that never decompose in your life time but are stored in your fat cells....
Imagine a disnelynad theme park where in the different themed parts of the park you'd actually have genuine street food from that culture ! It would be so amazing.....

Dele pa mi casa poli😂y que me agarran y me tumbaron todo lo que me sobraba cel cartera ,Gucci, imitación, obviamente, no me alcanza pa una de esas que venden como en 20 mil pesos 😂 soy pobre y la beca de mi señor Obrador pues no me alcanza pa otros gustillos veda pero ni modo así es la vida no se puede tener todo en esta vida.
