Open Monday- Friday starting at 11am this is a very popular food cart amongst students and Upenn staff. Give them a shot and visit them today.

OMG! I ORDERED THE BURRITO VEGETARIAN. JUST DELICIOUS!

i've been eating their food for about 13 years. they've actually been there even longer than 10 years, but they used to park a block or two north by santander bank (that used to be a 7-11). everything is good, but i would usually get tacos al pastor or the torta with milanesas.

Parking sucks around their because of the University and the hospitals but there are some good food trucks around there. Im going to try to go check it out, the food looks really really good👍.

As a Texan/Mexican who lived in Philly for 4 years…this was hands down the best Mexican food on campus
He told you he's been there going on 10 years, not true..
For awhile this food truck didn't have a set location. They were up and down 38th st or just missing completely at times. I would say about 3years ago or so they finally found the spot where they are currently located. When they 1st opened and
yet to of settled on a location, I would eat from them frequently. That is until I got sick after having there food one day in the summertime. Prior to that experience they were always extremely delicious and everything tasted very fresh. I recently noticed how crowded they've been getting again even with the lack of students due to covid and it has been making me consider giving them another try. Like I said they were always delicious. An now watching your review makes me feel even more confident. So thank you and God bless 🙏

I live in CT and there are to really good taco spots and their prices are great. 4 tacos , corn chips and a drink for $10. Bunch of other places that aren't as good charging 15 bucks for 3 tacos.

Don Memo’s is bomb - you gotta try the sandwich truck Bui’s that parks on the same block too. Don’t miss out on the Bui’s sauce! Also gotta check out Hemo’s outside the Quad. There’s also a great little truck further downtown on Spruce next to Wistar that was my personal fav burrito - no idea the name haha

RECOMMENDATION: Please do Gooey Louies at 231 McClellan in South Philly at Pennsport Plaza. They have very good hoagies and cheesesteaks😊
Tortas - beef or chicken and the bread has to be from Mexican bakery for the bomb sandwich. Need to have pickled jalapeños on the sandwich or on the side, but hate cilantro.
