Mis respetos y reconocimiento por éste par de damas. La forma de confirmar la masa en sopes, quesadillas , gorditas o tacos es fabuloso. Están en otro nivel. Más allá de lo común q uno se encuentra en cualquier esquina. Amén de la preparación q le ponen. Un ejemplo. Abren la tortilla para rellenar de frijol como base . Éso no lo hace cualquiera.
