Nice one Stew. Life too short indeed, I’m looking at retirement & just 59 so it’s a gamble financially but like you say, gotta try it. We’ve a lot to do at home too, shopkeeper so always at work 🤦🏻♂ Keep it up- I’m nosey 😂
No it was a gamble and still is - we soon realise you don’t need what you think you need but I have lots of house projects so a balancing game - I don’t regret it

Just a bit of feedback on the opening sequence...the flashing light is not brilliant for people with epilepsy etc. (not being critical just an observation from someone with epilepsy in the family) Looking forward to the next one.👍

Great 1st video Stew - look forward to future episodes 👍🏻 I’m interested in your comments about pension - Vanguard low cost global index funds are up approx 20% this last year to date. It’s a complex area though, and everyone is different and has a different approach to risk etc.

Pensions are a mindful and for many years they lay in managed so I moved to someone I put trust in and it’s now run based on our risk level
We have reduced our risk as we entered into retirement and continue to do so but it’s complicated
Yes they are a minefield and it’s sensible to reduce risk at this point. I’m a bit skeptical about financial advisors so I’ve done quite a bit of research and manage our pensions myself - hope I don’t regret that 😂
