Magnìfica interpretaciòn, llena de originalidad, musicalidad, swing y una energìa que llena el espacio musical, cosa nada fàcil de lograr, salvo para los verdaderos creadorres !!!!
i'm not familiar with goerge adams but woow, the guy became one of my idols in one song ahahah!!! Seems that mingus is letting him lot of freedom, he must be one hell of a guy !!!
Nothing complicated, just hell of a good tenor saxophonist. It's all there, uses harmonics and a few subs but I don't think he was doing anything particularly obscure. Played with passion and power. Nothing to understand just feel it.
I seen this group at the BOTTOM LINE that year. I didn't care for the trumpet player. He had a "look at me I'm a rock star attitude " about him, but his horn skills didn't. Everyone else was superb.
Don Pullen was extraordinary. Gone too young, but he left us the best gift ever: his awesome music. RIP Don. And, thank you. ❤
I LOVE Mingus’ bluesy brilliance. Monk and Mingus!
Wow. That is some powerful blues.
Musicians never played so good as when they played with Mingus. Nobody could ever figure it out.
The way Georges Adams sings !!!! Incredible gasp of blues voice.
I keep on coming back to this beautiful piece. George Adams at his best!
Keep on coming back too! It's George Adams, he's awesome!

@@undeadJazz Hopefully in that time you have come to understand George Adams then.

r u a musician?
botrány
me neither
we all need a little something to look at as they play and get us out of the blues so these guys fulfilled that purpose in spite of all their troubles
