Hi Paul, we use 5cm wide rigid sports tape for larger ankles, or 3.8 cm for smaller ankles. You can buy it online or at chemists. The more expensive, usually the better the quality. In Australia expect to pay about $10 for a 5m roll cheers
Hi. This is a general knee taping technique so can use it for ligament, meniscal or muscle issues. You can use the stirrups down both sides of the knee. For upper calf there are other better taping options that start at the back of the ankle. Best of luck with it
It can but usually other taping techniques that change the mechanics of your knee cap are more popular. Search for patella taping techniques 👍. Best of luck
Hi, rigid sports tape. 38mm wide for medium knees or 50mm wide for larger knees. Stretch tape around the tape, 50mm or 75 mm. We used Medipro brand, which is based in South Australia
