Hey, Lovely Mulloway mate. Glad to see you released the big girl to spawn some more big Mulloway. Great to see you take what you eat and nothing more. Sustainable fishing at its best.
Thankyou mate, was a really fun rewarding weekend. Shannon's getting more handy it's good to see. I think I may of struggled to land that one by myself.
That was a great fish well done mate!! Have u ever fish the stone house? When I was young I fish there with my pop big bream but need to fish heavy. Great remember fishing there with my pop
Another quality episode mate. Glad to see you take your time with that big girl and not swing her in circles like some fishos do. Just wondering how useful you find the tiller steer electric?
Thankyou mate, it's broken so not so good lol I didn't use it much as didn't have remote next one I will get remote spot lock and I'm sure I will use it more.
I’m pretty new to fishing the Brisbane Water and have struggled to get anything the last couple of months! I really appreciate your videos to see how it’s done. Loved this one for the variety of fish and the suspense when your line started screaming! What weight line did you land the Jewy on? I’m so inspired to get out and have another crack at it! Also wondering what tide/weather conditions you prefer to fish?
Hope it helps you get a feed that's what it's all about. Was 15lb onto 15lb leader, I prefer the full tides as suits my fishing style, and main thing is low wind.
@@huntersfishingadventures5324 Thanks Luke! I can't wait for the day I can do a mixed hotpot like you did in another vid. Thank you also for the extra tips! I'm certainly learning a lot. I had no idea just 15lb could bring that fish in. Good to know it's mostly about low wind, I certainly prefer that as I fish from a kayak.

So shallow in brissie waters big fish always over perform, lovely midday mulloway bud
Great video Luke where did you get the multi coloured reel from?
Thankyou, ebay mate 👍

Have you spoken to Matt Clarke lately mate?
Hey mate, not for years hope life is good bro 🤙
@huntersfishingadventures5324 All is well mate, looks like you are enjoying to the Max mate! Good stuff.
Any tips on how to get mullet on rod and line mate? Can’t get them to bite, tried everything
Shallow tidal weedbanks chuck burley in wait 5mins if nothing hits it move on. You will find them eventually
Great vid! How come you don't just drop the line straight down for the crabs?
Cheers 🍻, mainly cause it's usually a fish and crab bait. Big flathead and jew have a habit of eating the crab line
@@huntersfishingadventures5324
I don't get it man, wouldn't you have less line to wind in if you didn't throw it as far ? Like to bring the crabs in
@tjhughes9099 if I was only going for crabs that's what I would do. But my baits are for fish also and they don't like it under the boat
@@huntersfishingadventures5324
Oh I got ya, you won't really targeting them.. all makes sense now.. cheers man
Hey buddy what reel did you used to catch that jewie
Older model diawa exist 15lb line 15lb leader
Aye hunter forget pumping after 3 4 at the most

Nice Jew!
You need to get yourself a perspex mullet trap
Cheers mate, I got one I should bring it next time 😂
