Hi Jackie! - Thank you so much for supporting individual eating plans. 👏. Eating Keto with a IF 44:4 schedule works for me. I fast MWF and add a ‘Weekend Breakfast’ on Saturdays. I make my own DIY budget friendly “Electrolytes Cocktail” from scratch, which I drink daily. I’ve lost 115lbs so far in 15 months at age 61. I’ve another 20lbs til I reach my goal weight of 135! I’ve never been this slim - EVER! 😍. IF is a GODSEND. ❤❤❤
I love the OMAD and 20+ hours CLEAN fasting works wonders for me - it helps curb my appetite! I open my eating window anywhere from 1-3 pm. Once in awhile I like to throw in a 36, 48 or 72 hour fast.

Great video! I hit a plateau and then slowly gaining back what I lost. Been doing OMAD with at least 20hrs fasting for almost 2 years now. I threw in 48 or 72 hr fast once in awhile but there’s no change. My body got used to my OMAD & 20hr fast. 😢I’m resetting and doing ADF. Once I get my period, I’ll do Dr Mindy’s reset.
16/8 works me for. Some days I shorten my eating window and others I extend it, depending on if it’s a meal I want to especially enjoy with family. So most days, 2 meals for me.
I did alternate day fasting (no eating on down days) for 2 weeks and lost 11lbs. However, it also messed with my menstrual cycle so I’m going to use fasting moderately using the template of Dr. Mindy Pelz.
@@annaphillips3329 I don’t measure nor track my protein. I didn’t before OMAD either. I try to be mindful of including it, but that’s it. I’m not an expert on diet of course, but Dr. Fung recently had a video about protein needs.

19:5 is mostly works for me but I also love ADF!

How do you get enough protein on OMAD without eating dairy???My protein for one meal I can get to 60 or 70 nowhere close to recommended

Omad is great but you not getting all your protein in so how can you get all of your protein in
