People can have a gen you wine discussion face to face. Much of the discord that takes place is on the net, hiding behind a screen. It's easier to be respectful in person. Hence the term "keyboard warrior". We should edit our conversations to reflect a face to face interaction. IOW be mutually respectful in sharing our opinions. It's okay to disagree on things. That will always be the case. It's how we respond to differences that we need to keep in check. Hatred and intolerance makes an ugly society. Progress never comes from negativity. It comes from positive encouragement.

You are so right...speaking on the whole sexual harassment thing...my ONLY government job was when Las Vegas mass hired case managers for welfare early 2009...and I'd worked the Vegas strip for a few years...but they had mandatory sexual harassment training...paid too...and ther was 75 of us new hires in there and about a dozen "teachers" lined up to teach us about how to get your coworkers fired under the guise of sexual harassment...I started laughing to myself halfway through the "class "...the teacher was offended...made me have to answer for myself...so I did..."this is Las Vegas...its all about sex and money... thiese impossible standards may work in a small town...but it just seems like an obvious set up for men to fail...especially since...this is Las Vegas...that has to be considered." Who I am and my logic...have both been recieved by the majority of people I'm around...but theybarent allowed to appear to agree with me...its an uncomfortable place to be...I still dont really know myself...but I have a nose for hypocrisy and BS...and when no one else speaks up and the whole room is feeling it...I put myself in the line of fire for the sake of airing out what EVERYONE is thinking...guess...your comment reminded me of this real life scenario..and I felt you may appreciate it. Fast forward to today..the media and a political party have conditioned even some of my kids because of my political opinions.. that I am backwards..because they have been indoctrinated.
My house have always been open to all cultures, races, ethnicities and my kids have brought them all.. and it was good.
A few years later, all is forgotten.. we all get along but we can’t talk about this stuff. They argue emotion and I talk logic. And I am open minded and do understand and listen.

One of the ways we have moved forward in society is by getting rid of this idea. Some people are trying to bring it back, I think to keep ahold of power, money and stay relevant. Essentially, whatever family you were born into held control over you, whatever crimes a given member of that family commited were subjected on the family itself. After christianity was adopted, a switch to a more individualistic view happened.

I purchased Samson’s T-Shirt. His name on the shirt is his mullet.
What is really eye opening is watching reaction videos to 46=13. My fav reaction is “imbooogie”channel.

I love this lol. What's crazy is, while growing up, I have had many black folks I called friends and I have never had, even to this day, a bad enteraction with a black person. Now here on RUclips I have had many comments come at me, in a racist, disrespectful way, simply because they see I am from Oklahoma and Southern. Like a majority of folks born in America, I have many ethnicities, and so does my husband but he is choctaw. He is an over the road truck driver and one day he was in a truck stop and a black guy decided to throw his attitude around. For some reason he felt that my husband was in his way, so he decided to push passed my husband and under his breath called my husband a racist hillbilly. Lol my husband started to laugh and told him to repeat what he said, but say it to my face. The black( had a shock face) said" racist hillbillies like you are alway in the way". My husband laughed and calmly told him he was choctaw and walked away. His ancestors didn't own slave, and my ancestors didn't own slaves, majority of white folks ancestors didn't own slaves. The only ones who actually owned slaves here in America, were in fact the very wealthy folk, and even a few African folks also owned slave's. I wonder if any of the black folks today that do not like white folks and scream in the street " all white folks are racist, look what they did to us, white folks are the devil", would keep that same energy if they found out their ancestors were one of many who owned African slave's, or the ones who were in Africa, going to local villages and kidnapping other Africans to sell them off to slavery for goods? 🤔 I pray one day we will finally forgive the past, move forward and come together as one, as just humans, it's crazy to me that we are still bickering back and forth over skin color. God created you, like he created me, beautiful. 🧀🤓

Y'all give hope for the future of my children and grandchildren.
I raised my sons not to see color, but to see the soul from within. The gave friends of all races, as do I. I've said this time and time again to my son's, and in general. First and foremost, we are all one race - The race of HUMAN BEINGS. We need to support and love one another and get beyond skin pigmentation.
Thank you for sharing and for your complete openess. This was truly amazing. I love how Tom just puts it on the line all tells it like it is. He so right in his songs about media, movies, politics trying to keep us divided and fighting because they know if we all come together, it will be the end of the evil corruption they are allowed to procreate.
We need much more love and acceptance; kindness and understanding; and a unity of all. Our world we be so marvelous if it were so.
Love y'all. Keep up the amazing work.

We were on the same ships...only YOU were more valuable than us. Think about that! BTW...the first LEGAL slave owner of African slaves was a Black man. It was fought in a court of law.

11:00 you know...timeshare contracts do force the monthly bill onto people's kids and grandkids when they die...but I agree...no one should be responsible for another person's actions...related or not...especially if the sins committed were hundreds of years ago..even the bible has a pattern of familial curses only going as far as 3 generations...so grandpa, dad, son...I dwell on my own past...and it's been ruining my life and relationships...how much more of a WASTE of energy and purpose is a person who dwells in a past that isnt even their OWN?

15:30 the word "racist" wasnt the word used in media and everyday speech in the 80s,90s, and early 2000s...the word used was "prejudice." Meaning to prejudge someone by appearances or hearsay...but they meant it as prejudging black folks...it was already implied....very uncomfortable...having to learn the "popular" or secular meaning of words AS YOU ARE learning the words for the first time in school..talk about confusing.
