Yeah, ya got that right! I saw them last Summer with Joe Perry’s band ( Aerosmith’s) and they just slapped a fake beard on the guy trying to take Dusty Hill’s place and all I can say is that he looked totally lost; didn’t sing but one ☝️ number and probably never should’ve. I hope unless Gibbons can find someone else even close to the vocal range and skills of the bassist knowing how amazing his shoes will be to fill.? He’ll just put an end to one of the greatest acts of our life times. Sincerely, DJP ex Anal Cunt; PostMortem and Kilslug Sony;Earache 🇬🇧 Columbia and TAANG!! @@tracypierce921No. I’m afraid you’re totally wrong with that opinion; Cuz if that were true.? Gibbons would be singing every single number and he doesn’t have that high of a vocal range number one ☝️ And number two, they’ve been together ( Frank Beard + Dusty Hill-1967-1969 when they were called Moving Sidewalks) and Billy had been a roadie at the same time and had just happened to bump into this band who’ve gotten nowhere by this point so they tried him out inside of their practice space and the rest is history) Seriously. I’ve written several books on this subject. RIP 🪦 Dusty Hill- You’ll certainly be missed by both fans and hopefully he will just end it now and do something solo Or with some friends etc. Everything from their own debut; not ZZ Top’s First Album, but the one beforehand Til Eliminator are still the only reason why we still need those dozen records or so. Not like the time they sold their souls to MTV and now half the idiots who know them as “ those dudes with the long beards) and there’s plenty of kids who are now adults who don’t know anything else besides that fact. Sadly I’m ashamed to be an Amerikkkan to be quite honest with you about what’s going on right now. Google US.GOV and see for yourself how they intend on killing All Of Us from Soros to Klauss Schwab’s book on the subject: The Setback is about depopulation via working with your government and whatever you do? Do NOT get any boosters; Cuz Fauci’s lied under oath as well never testing the Covid-19 cure and they had a cure for the virus 6 weeks before it’d been unleashed upon the world so Google US.GOV before they take my info down my friend! I caught that one when I was just like a 13 yr old kid and had been a fan ever since they’d sold their souls to MTV! ZZ Top’s debut before the first official album Til El Loco; maybe Eliminator is really all anyone needs to have. RIP 🪦 Dusty Hill.. xo Elwood will never take your place Cuz he’s unable to hit those high notes for half of your numbers despite what Billy thinks right now. Hopefully 🙏🏻 he will just end ZZ, because he doesn’t want to end up doing what Skynyrd done. Gimme a break Johnny’s gonna take his own brother’s place, right! I honestly can't understand why people post these "under-rated" or "not enough credit" comments when they're talking about chart-topping, multi-platinum selling, stadium-filling multi-millionaires who are pop culture fixtures for decades at a time. What MORE credit could they get - a papal decree? Have their faces carved into Mt. Rushmore? Put on the 20-dollar bill? They're world famous - they're superstars! But yes - I agree - Beard is a great drummer...

@@godfreydaniel6278 I think what some of the folks commenting are trying to say is that they don't seem to quite get the credit they deserve for being really tight, top-flight musicians, which they most definitely are. A lot of people write them off as low-rent, party rock, and nothing more. I know, it's great rock and roll party music, but there are so many subtleties going on in the recordings and arrangements that a lot of folks might miss. 🎸🎸🎸🎸🎼🎼🎼🎼🎙🎙🎙🎙🎵🎵🎵🎤🎤🔊🎤🔉🔉🔉🔉

ZZ Top are extremely original, the sound is widely huge and powerfully rich, like the Royal Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Saint Trinity ZZ Top. (hopefully one day will listening you with the great symphony orchestra)
Each note is always in the right place and sometimes beautifully shifted in time, showing that you really are human beings. Music is making me feel great over & over again.
Actually ZZ Top never stops making America great again and again.
Certainly for sure this is the best rock band on this planet & thank you very much for being with us on Earth at this particularly special time.

@@jcsk8Not even on the same stratosphere as Gibbons or Lifeson dude lol; Dimebag kinda says it all as far as he goes, but he did befriend my late singer Seth Putnam ( AxCx) who used to bust their balls all over the press and for some reason they wanted him to sing on one of those albums. No kidding. Check it out for yourself under: special guests. I forget what record it was on seriously; Cuz our stuff is totally ridiculously overrated and only appeals to either racists who don’t even know if he’s telling them how he thinks or if it’s just a:30 second dumb number he came up with, but Pantera were huge fans of our crap 💩 so there ya go! Отличный был концерт. И вышли, опоздав всего на пять минут (в 2010 задержали на полчаса), и вещи сыграли хорошие, в то время, как в том же 2010 Билли каждые две минуты ударялся в блюз, показывая, какой он гитарист.

Michael Lee I toured with a Kustom Sidewinder tuck and roll combo for years. One night I dropped loading in and it tumbled down two flights of stairs and crashed into the wall hard enough to go halfway through it. Played it that night and about a hundred more. Loved that amp, I traded it in to a guitar store in Chicago and hope someone out there is still using it...
