The way the real Goku Black folds his arms while the 2 clone spirtes attack for him and get hit for him is a genuinely cool detail to add.

I noticed that they like to design Goku Black as a slow starter nowadays, to play on his "pain makes him stronger"
it’s a very odd concept they did several times with agl rose, int rose, and even the phy heroes we got not too long ago
He is extremely strong, especially after he pulls out the scythe,he becomes his own rainbow ki sphere creator and his 66 damage reduction before attacking is very reliable, and after like 6 super attacks his defense is tough as hell
I have him at low level links and 55% and can confirm he doesn’t start nearly that low even untransformed

I do not see how this card is bad. He is does so many attacks while getting 33% attack and defense with each attack if those numbers were higher he would be like an actual top 5 unit in the game.
It’s mostly because he’s a horrible choice for a global first. He needs brolys leader skill to be at his strongest. Super bosses is horrible right now on global and so is corroded body and mind. He has no rainbow orb changers on his team while broly leads two top 10 units who rainbow orb change. He has to wait 5 months for a massive super bosses buff and 2 super class orb changers. It also doesn’t help that you have to choose between his domain or brolys since you can only have 1 active at a time.
He isn't bad at all. People seem to neglect that his 30% and 33% ATK and DEF he gets per attack is a multiplicative buff. Even with his 30% damage reduction in base, and his higher stats in his domain, Rose is actually crazy. The only thing you are at the mercy of is rainbow orbs with lack of an orb changer. But this is a full crit/additional character 100%. He doesn't punish you for getting additional normals, which is fantastic design. The only thing that really sucks is his leader skill

He has brings almost no extra value to the super bosses team because you would never ever run this guy over Broly on Super Bosses. You always want Brolys domain over Blacks and you never want this guy to lead anything because of his horrible leader skill. He also cant tank first slot making him restricted to slot 2 and 3. He will age like milk just like most extreme units.
This unit is weird, man. Solid base form, and really good transformed state in my opinion, but locking it behind a domain was such a silly move when Super Bosses already has multiple. Him having the Teq Pan damage reduction mechanic is also weird. Good, but slightly disappointing as well in my opinion.

this is a calc for his stats in the showcase at certain points in time.
So in base with hearts support. If he performs all possible attacks (9) and all possible SA (4) with 220,192k def (as shown in 11:56) he will reach 1,792,376m defence post sa with 30% dr in base.
Unfortunately getting five rbw orbs is highly unlikely SOOO if he was to get 8 attacks with 4 of them being SAs he would have 1,647,036m def in base. With 30% dr. Like damm bro. Truth has LB vegito as no1. This guy is BEYOND that.
Now for his CLONE STATE.
At 3:00 his SoT stat is 322,280 def pre sa.
Now this def stat is highly unlikely to obtain. But on his absolute best turn with all 9 attacks and 9 supers he shall have a RAW DEF STAT of:
4,733,971m defence post sa. No support. On his absolute best turn possible. As awesome and absolutely broken that number is the chances are extremely unlikely. Here’s his more common def number with 8 attacks and 4 of them as SA:
2,580,818.24m def post sa. Raw stats. He can get higher with the rare chance to SA on the rbw orbs so remember that.
Overall he is a very very very good pick. Like he can easily be no1 tur rn. I wouldn’t be surprised if truth said it too. But he’s defo top 3 dfe turs rn

I think most people judge him so quickly. He is not bad at all. He can deal decent damage prior to transformation and can deal the same amount or even higher damage than WWC LR Zamasu once he transformed but is very dependent on how many rainbow orbs you can collect. He needs another rainbow orb changer on the team for him to be very effective every turn. But he's a decent unit. Still a buff on Zamasu's team.
By the way, most people complain on his additional attacks... I'm actually surprised that his additional attacks can deal 2M each on transformation. Damn, the game has really changed a lot.
people are judging based on 9th anniversary level . as jp player i do not see reason to summon for most coolest DBS villain becasue global first shafted this why would i summon pre 9th anniversary meta unit Like why he loses dmr on attack you need best pssible luck TO even get over 1.5 million in base and you only got 30 dmr instead of 60% after attacking. if he would not lose dmr attacking i would be supers satisfied he could be reliable slot 2 3 unit but not slot 1.

Eh. He's mid. Very good damage, yes, but after turn 1, if he doesn't get those rainbow orbs, it's done for when he gets supered. He should've rainbow orb change. Plus, that 30% DR isn't good. Should've been at least 50%. His transformation sucks, since it's locked behind a shit domain, and you lose the DR when you transform. AND the team you have to run for him to be effective looks abysmal. Overall, while he can be a good unit, that's with a lot of luck.
Try him at 55% and then see if he's so good

It would have been better if Goku Black had the All Target mechanic to play with the "pain will make me stronger" and thus wouldn't conflict with the better domains.
But at least he is a good Phy option in the Zamasu Team and you can see where they are going with the multitude of attacks given he has clones and lines in with the chaotic nature with the OST in a way.
Jesus Christ he is such a fun character to use, watching him pumping those attacks and the damage goes crazy is just satisfying🔥🔥🔥

This SICK Rosé's biggest problem isn't that he's necessarily bad in terms of defense or offense, as a matter of fact, I actually think he's heavily underrated in both regards. Due to the insane multiplicative stat stacking in SSR Goku Black’s passive, Rosé's DEF in base can hit just over 1 Million DEF with just two Rainbow Orbs, assuming he only received the guaranteed two supers (No 50% or HiPo), and potentially upwards of 1.5 Million DEF with 30% DR, given more Super Attacks or Rainbow Orbs. His Cloning via the "Rift of Time" Domain's state can cause 1.6 Million DEF with 2 Rainbow Orbs and guaranteed Supers, and on higher-end scenarios, in the 2.3-3 Million DEF!
THE REAL PROBLEM is really how counter-intuitively designed his kit is. You want a unit who leads Super Bosses and transforms via Domain, which the two other prominent characters in that category will fight over? So, you want a unit who needs Rainbow Orbs, but doesn't Rainbow Orb change until activating Domain, which then runs into the aforementioned problem? He has some of the best offensive firepower in the game, but at the cost of the team?
All of this holds back this unit's strong support, defense, and offense. Rose has potential to be one of the top damage-dealers, and top-tier Slot 2 defender but until they release an update that solves the issues with Domain, this unit is very restricted, which is a shame considering a great idea, OST, and imagery are all there (Even if this unit's animations are sub-par)... a 7/10 on average, and a 9.7/10 when closer to his full potential. Best builds would mostly be Crit, with few Additional (since he does so many goddamn Additionals) and SOME Dodge.

@@Bardock059 He doesn’t crit, he’s only Super Effective in Domain only. If I included Domain as well, then it’d be a different case. I guess since only MZ in on Global, it’s like a back-and-forth deal between who’s Domain you’d use. But by the time Broly pulls up, I doubt you’d opt for this guy’s Domain over Broly’s, so crits would work better in that case.

I don't know but I love the character both on how he performs and the animations, so basically the character itself, I don't think characters need to do 20M per super everytime (even tho he does it once or twice with some luck here and there). to me it's a solid character.
if they add domain overriding or something to that effect they he is pretty damn good.

Even worse, i would wait to pull him as featured in a random Dokkan Fest, and even then, i would feel shafted... he's like a better Raditz, but not by much... the RNG you need TO, make Super Attacks and not normals... he only excels in defense, but... DAMAGE?? Inconsistent as F*ck!!! LR Broly AGL and LR Zamasu TEQ are the TRUE GODS of the Super Bosses category, with special mention to the GODDESS STR Kefla, ^^!!! Goku Black Rosé, is... well, an unit you put in the team if you don't have nothing better...
I have him at 55% and he was better than I thought. Imo, the rare chance to super is justified by 33% defense per attack in the turn

They could've started the super attack the moment he whips out the divine lasso, the lil combo beforehand looks kinda clunky tbh. Doesn't matter, decisions were already made

he's okay, he hits hard assuming you can live long enough to get him there, his before attacking part of his passive is meaningless because Teq Zamasu is a better slot one character than him, and 30% damage reduction does not cut it. and his "transformation" being a domain is so stupid

People relating him to Teq Pan are being really misleading. He retains 30% DR after super in base if he fufills the Super Bosses requirement. The only time you really can is his active which stupidly gets rid of it, but even then, you dont have to activate it. Personally, I most likely wont to retain that 30%.
This is the part where we hope they add a 4x speed because you got me fuc-ed up if you think I'm watching him attack 9 times

Anyone unable to get him? I’m like 13 summons in and nothing, spent all day getting stones yesterday only to pull the blue Goku and Vegeta card which I noted that when not fully levelled or upgraded actually sucks. Nearing 20 summons and still nothing, found some stuff I didn’t realise I could survive and it gives a ton of stones, has like Shenron on the cover. Finally got him after like 25 summons … I’ve tested him out in a range of challenges and battles and he’s great, even when he’s not fully upgraded he does really well and he can survive hits vs my 150 Zamasu Black card who died anytime he was targeted, his damage was also pretty trashy for a 150 card.
I’m down to a few story and Z battles for stones, gonna run out of places to get stones soon.

you talk like million whit 30% dmr is much... and this consist lot rng orange piccolo was million level of defence whit dmr 20% or 50% if you got his passive heal.
