  • I go off on a woman claiming she was too a pillar of the community, yet while she stayed at home she didn't volunteer. If you want to stay at home fine, but don't pat yourself on the back and put yourself on a pedestal for it claiming you're being a traditional mother.

check the saints that were mothers.... They had jobs and owned businesses, Saint Zellie Martin, the mother of Saint Teresa of Lisieux (Little Flower) . You're not a "traditionalist mother", you're just a woman who wants to stay home. That's ok, but don't put yourself on a pedestal for it. Go out and help others, if you're Catholic. catholicwomeninbusiness.com/articles/2021/7/8/lessons-from-st-zlie-martin-on-being-a-catholic-business-owner-and-a-working-m

THANK YOU! I'm so sick of these sanctimonious Sahm's tearing down and guilting working women. The vitriol is so strong with some of them that I actually think they aren't happy about their choices.
