I just read the ingredients of the fruit wash and it definetly does more than just water (its a very, very mild soap). I personally wouldn't use it on cut open fruit/veggies. I would use it on unopened/uncut fruit (which they actually recomend on their website), but i would still heavily rinse it after worth. The ingredients are natural and technically edible but if you consume it regularly (which will happen if you spray it on cut open fruit and let it sit there) it could lead to health issues. To add: I think it is funny they wrote 98% all natural, which a) you could write on anything since everything comes from nature and b) 98% is probably the amount of water in it. If it was 98% natural water and 2% cyanide it would still kill you.

Making your own costumes from thrifted items would be fun. Maybe add some limitations like you can only spend $10 or you have to use a random item that your mom picks out (not knowing the costume you are creating).

On the fruit spray: Mix 9 parts water with 1 part vinegar, let the fruit sit in it for a moment, then wash off. The vinegar is so diluted, you won't taste it even without rinsing. It's probably way cheaper than the spray, and kills bacteria and bugs better than just water.
Also, I personally wash the fruit before cutting (I feel like it washes out the taste otherwise).
its a good idea to wash fruit before you cut it, if there is bacteria on the outside, all you are doing is running the knife with the bacteria thru the part you eat!
Dollarama has a 4L jug of white vinegar for $4, and spray bottles too. We're looking at $6, so way cheaper indeed.
And if you do use a fruit wash, make sure to check the ingredients listed so you’re not spraying your veggies with unnecessary ingredients/other chemicals. But definitely love fruit washes/vinegar rinses! It really helps! Also I prefer the vinegar rinse more because it also helps leafy greens keep their crispness and prevent berries from mushing and becoming soft. 💛🤗
The berries also keep longer when you use vinegar.

No matter the day, no matter the circumstance, it always makes her happy to see what her daughter is up to, and her daughter is always happy to show her what she's up to. I thought about it a lot during the video because my family situation couldn't be more different, but it's so refreshing and beautiful, I'm glad to have discovered Mia's channel a few days ago!

That fruit and veggie spray probably does something but I just soak all of my produce for a little bit in a bowl of water and vinegar and then rinse them after. It's a lot cheaper and you'd be surprised how much dirt comes out into the water (especially with strawberries!)

There’s a food science paper that basically said there’s no statistical difference between using a food spray, using vinegar and water, and just using water at removing bacteria. Not necessary for getting fruit clean, at most it will just remove fruit’s natural wax layer. So not necessary as long as you just rinse with water! But if you like it then that’s fine too!
She should recreate those costumes by buying thrifted items! For those who want multiuse clothes.

Edit: After watching, my idea was pretty different! I was going to dress as characters for a week using my regular clothing! Some characters I was going to do were like Kim possible, Ariana Grande, The Rock, Regina George, and I was going to get more obvious throughout the week to see if any of my friends at school noticed!
