#1 hardest boss fight: The Car Chase in Kiwami, but only on Legend.
Glad to know I wasn't the only one who thought that segment was a nightmare. I had to restart that thing an embarrassing amount of times...
Yuppp it's thattt hard that I want to do a heat action on my ps4
that chase on Legend totally ruined my life. biggest pain in ass of all time
Dominic Lalla if you haven’t played kiwami 2 yet, there’s another car segment.
But it’s actually cool both gameplay wise and cinematic wise, rather then only cinematic wise like 0 and kiwami
I hate rail shooters
Yakuza 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and Kiwami 2: (gets shot or stabbed, walks it off)
Yakuza 0 and Kiwami 1: *(COUGHS UP BLOOD WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY SPAMMING THE GET UP BUTTON ONLY TO GET STABBED OR SHOT AGAIN RETURNING TO THE SPAM THE GET UP BUTTON TO GO THROUGH THE EXACT SAME THING OVER AND OVER AND OVER)*
still love those games tho
makes sense, he is less experienced in 0 and kiwami
Yakuza 4,gets grabbed by a punk on the streets, breaks loose jyst to be kicked from behind and then grabbed again
Yakuza 3: get blocked scrub
except in yakuza 3 there's no end to it
@@tableprinterdoor but that doesn't happen in og 1
Number 1: those 2 guys with guns at the end of the long hallway on the boat in yakuza 0
They're actually pretty easy to deal with. Either just switch to Rush style and spam quicksteps on your way to them whilst focusing on when they aim their guns or make sure your styles are all sufficiently levelled through Real Estate (preferably having cleared that storyline and limit broke). A Level 4-5 Kiryu alone makes the finale of 0 a breeze.
Man I just used one of the chairs as a shield
I blocked their gunfire with the fish cannon until I could blast them with it.
For real, though, FUCK those guys.

Oh good, I'm not the only person who found Kiwami Jingu stupid hard.
NerfedFalcon I agree, jingu is ridiculously annoying.
nope, unless your doing the whole story again just for that achievement (Ex-hard). then thats easy because at that time you should have tiger drop.
Jingu...jingu...who the fuck was jingu?
@@chrono3401 even with the tiger drop, the dude had grenades and henchman who could revive.
@Adam Patel ik, but i defeated him on new game+ legend tiger drop only losing a bit of health
"Drain your HP faster then Kiryu leaving the goddamn Tojo clan in the first game"
As a man who recently played and beat the first Yakuza, that was a funny analogy x3
Keeneye47/Wolfkeen lol I agree
i beat kiwami a couple days back still trying to platinum
Damn that must be faster than beating down a goon with beast style in 0
@@crazyd4ve875 *using a bike
@@anarullan On 3 now but I love beast now lol
... I managed to "cheat" the Jingu fight in Kiwami.
1. Get the ability that keeps your weapon from deteriorating with every hit.
2. Get General Guan's Broadsword.
3. Enter Dragon mode and equip the sword, get hit once in a while as to keep your heat down.
4. Jingu's guards are supposed to revive once.
5. If your sword breaks, tiger drop.
That fight was over in 2 minutes and I still had the sword for Nishikiyama's fight.
i just used komakis sword arts and destroyed him with the sakura storm
I bought shotguns to kill the goons on the way to the fight and it insta killed them lmao and then i just tiger drop my way through fighting jingu
I used the golden shotgun to pulverize the enemies in the countryard away from me
+Get the skill(s) that keep you calm even after getting shot (beast, brawler and dragon styles have this), and a bullet-proof vest just in case. Don't rush up to the fight and get the sweet exp/Majima Everywhere prerequisites to level up those skills ASAP, and those bullets will be just mosquito bites.
Just use tiger drop no need to complicate things xd
To be honest, if it wasn't for that epic ost, I would've hated that Jingu boss fight lmao
The track couldn't save that boss battle, sorry but that boss gave me AIDS.
Tbh all i did was TD jingu and his goons to hell, all the while loaded with toughness max. Yeah and the OST is good
@@tuxedocream I had it and I still just spammed rush on the body guards, fuck Jingu for making me end his life in two hits after taking so long to beat his body guards
In Yakuza: Like a Dragon, I’d like to give an honorable mention to the Majima and Saejima fight, that legit caught me off guard and I had to dedicate a whole day of grinding to beat them lol. The Tendo fight was hard too, but I beat that one on my first attempt.
Same here I couldn’t even get mad because I expect the legends to be that badass
Tendo was easy
TFMT Amon.
@@vividlantern8854 oh god that was a massive pain I remember that boss fight so well
The Majima fight is just bad level scaing, if you grind (which you shouldn't have to do in any game but whatever) it is doable. The Tendo fight is hell, with that one shot move. Being turn based sucked a lot of fun out of 7, the only redeeming factor of the bosses is the excellent soundtrack (as much as I hate Mabuchi, I'd fight him every day). Still by thr end of the day I was constantly wishing to be in 3 and fight Lau Ka Long.
We all knew for sure Kuze wasn't gonna be on this list 😂😂😂😂😂
He was the first boss I went up against in the series, so he won the first fight against my unprepared, green ass
Yeah, but he's one of the best bosses in the game imo.
@@SeekGrace Especially that theme and the lesson he taught us
That nigga got slapped around like a kif
Kiryu managed to kick Kuze’s ass 5 times in yakuza 0. He’s not hard, but he’s got endurance for sure
The final for Tanimura in Yakuza 4 was really hard since its somewhat like Jingu's boss fight. Swat officers with batons and guns along with the Commissioner having a gun making it impossible to dodge in battle and getting swarmed. Lastly, Tanimura's fighting style is made around grappling and combos which makes it very difficult to fight if you can't close the distance. @devilleon7
Bryan Taboas I got instant flashbacks to fighting Munakata without the auto blocking ability/item. it was hell
You can very easily get the sacred tree armor set in yakuza 4 though.
liquidefreet You can, just at the time I didn't know that and was stupid enough to not save before heading to Millennium Tower. But oh boy, when I did finally get past his guards I had so much fun laying the beatdown on Munakata.
Back then, I only remembered focusing on the guy in blue. I didn't care the others. I saw blue, I pressed triangle button.
._.) I beated the crap out of all of them with simple combos, 2 hits and grab other, throw and heat action to.munakata but its fun just to kill the cops first ♡
Jingu maybe is the hardest boss but his theme is just epic. So epic that I could mistaken him for the final boss if I hadn't played the first game.
@AHMAD H. As you know, Kyohei is the first final boss, and the true Big Bad.
Honestly... Jingu SHOULD have been the final boss. I think that it would have been more impactful if Nishkyi was phase 1 and then Jingu was phase 2. Althought it still works i think it would have been PERFECT if Jingu was not first but still
Jingu was the final boss, just not the last boss fought.
Nishiki's fight was more emotional and about settling that score, with far lower stakes than Jingu's. Nishiki wasn't the main villain, nor the biggest threat. He was a tradegy.
@@bainbonic Yakuza 7's finale feels pretty similar in that respect.
It’s not a final boss If kiryu ain’t shirtless
1)Hardest coliseum fight? vallery garret yakuza 3.
2) Hardest final boss Spin off: Takeichi yakuza ishin.
3 Hardest amon: Amon yakuza 1 original game.
4) Hardest boss before the final boss in the series: Man in black kiwami 2.
5) Hardest final boss in the series: Mine yakuza 3.
man in black, my arch nemesis
The Amon from the Fist of the North Star spin-off is pretty tough as well.
I despise the man in black
Kiwami 2 has some of easiest boss fights in the series. Especially how overpowered your weapons are.
Didn't MiB get run over by a fucking Truck!?
idk about you but I found Kiryu really hard to fight against in yakuza 4 when playing as Seajima.
Zambing G2K Probably Mentally since we played as Kiryu long enough to know not many would survive against him.
Zambing G2K I tried that fight once but turned off the console in rage
I got tigered drop alot of times
In yakuza 3 and 4 he is broken as fukk
@@HeroesHoshi It's not just about the fact that he is the main char and we become attached to him. It IS the truth. Kazuma Kiryu is really that hard of a boss to defeat. It's quite easy in Normal, but in Hard? It's enough to give you a nightmare. EX Hard? Look at that Tiger Drop damage. Oh God...
But yes, he is not the hardest. I feel like there would be an even harder boss in the future.
I hate jingu more than any villains in yakuza series (and shimano as well)
Even Iwano?
I liked shinamo
I hate jingu and I hate shimano and I hate shindo
@El Doritos During the fight you would have a health bar that was 4 inches long, you did no damage, you only had a handful of heat actions, and Shimano has Shakedown's move list. On top of that, you cant knock him down.
@@dogeofdojima3813 He was piss easy to dodge though.
Personally, I think I'd say Kiryu's bossfight as Saejima in Yakuza 4 is the hardest. First you have that brutal prison escape sequence with the ridiculous guy with the rod who slashes around like a demon. I was low on healing after that, and then they just thrust you into the difficult battle with the Dragon of Dojima, with no chance to get any additional items or anything. Took me quite a few tries to finally beat it, until I realized I gained heat at low HP with a skill I'd just learned.
Absolutely hated the fights against the prison guard! Always seemed to be in enclosed space making it difficult to dodge and keep track of him, especially with Saejima being so slow and bulky. At least with Kiryu you are in a fairly open area so you can catch your breath a bit.
The double Komaki fight was hard with them disabling heat actions
*but they forgot to disable bullets*
I got tired and Photon Bladed their cheating butts
That Jingu fight from Kiwami took me like 20 minutes plus to beat. Definitely a very difficult fight
wait till you fight munakata in Y4, thats jingu mark 2 with a lot of bodyguard
I hate bosses that need backup dancers to be hard
* laughs in y4 final boss*
@@saing_rbn5368 the legendary bodyguard Captain
Fuck those dancers in kiwami 1
@@realquestforgreatness I wouldn't have had that much of a hard time with them if the older brother who uses Majima's breaker style didn't have that annoying spinning move whenever I knocked him down, even a 1v1 against him was really annoying just because of that move
@@gobl_ yeah, and you can't ko his bigger brother easily because he chases you, and if you focus on him his brother charges you over and over
The hardest boss is like every chasing challenge in yakuza 3
When you use all of your health iteams to kill Jingu
Nishiki be like: Hello
so true bro, fight Nishiki after fight Jingu very insane.
Nishikiyama's fight is much easier than Jingu's though. Beat him first try with no healing items and no tiger drop.
Nikishi is so vulnerable to the tiger drop tho, hes really easy
@@Crizzly122 That's why I never used Tiger drop on him in his fight and just sticked with the Dragon style. I fought him poetically lmfao
EDIT: I'll mention it too that I have never used Tiger drop on both Nishikiyama and Ryuji. They're my two favorite villains that I hold in such a high regard
For real man I had to go god mode on nishki lol
But that was a super respectable boss fight in comparison to the one against jingu
Jingu is SO HARD!!!! Definitely takes the #1 spot!
They made Jingu even harder? Oh geez, I'll be looking forward to that when I finally get my hands on Kiwami next Tuesday.
The only bosses I'd add to this list are Munakata from 4 and the last Kamon Kanai fight from 5. Kanai's nowhere near as ridiculous as the insane optional bosses like the ones on this list, but holy crap, after two playthroughs I still have no answer to that stunning counter of his and it makes me SO SO MAD.
Oh, the rematch with Arase in Yakuza 3 too. Fighting him alongside a few generic thugs was bad enough, fighting him alongside a knife wielding miniboss? GGRRRRRR.
BDsprite I just beat him yesterday boy was he a frustrating one those swat guys were so damn cheap I had to fight cheap and use a dagger lol. And spam heat actions
He want exactly hard just cheap as fuck . He’s hard but in all the wrong ways
My personal hardest boss was in Yakuza 0. It was fighting Masaru Sera in the post game climax battles. The guy doesn't seem to be knocked down by anything but grabs and I had to fight I think two guys before him so I had less health.
googyta slugger circle attack right after he attacks and slugger taunt him all day
I just spammed breaker and slugger moves on him
First 2 i can do without gething hit but sera i just dont know how to get him
The way I fought Jingu was after taking out anyone with a gun, I took it and sbot a hole through all the other guards. The fight with Jingu and his two sergeants is where it got annoying, but if they're using weapons, you might as well too, since they dance around anyways. Just throwing it out there, but I love the look on Kiryu's face on your wallpaper. Almost like he's going "I have ANOTHER GAME of this bullshit to go through? "
How to defeat Jingu:
Buy a swords.
A lot of swords.
Bats Too.
Going to need a remaster of this
It's a wonder I got into the series, when Kiwami was my entry into the series. Majima beat the hell out of me, which is when I learned the importance of items, but Jingu... Damn, that boss was so awful. In any game, I hate boss fights where you have to fight multiple people. It's never been fun, except in DMC3 with Agni and Rudra. My first Amon fight was also the one in 6, and it was incredibly frustrating to constantly be stunned by the drones touching you and then dying in one hit to the explosions. I'm pretty sure I just said "screw it" and turned down the difficulty and abused the hell out of the heat explosion mode, or whatever it was called. The only game I have a platinum in, with Kiwami 2 only needing a Legend playthrough.
Boss battles against multiple enemies can be fun when done right. Ornstein & Smough from Dark Souls are a prime example of that. The Yakuza games do a very poor job at that, though. Fuck Jingu and his two fuckbois.
@@CidGuerreiro1234 yakuza is a beat em up, it's different from dark souls or hack and slash games. In judgment there are a lot of options against multiple enemies.
I wish we had more Agni and Rudra...
*Laughs in Yakuza 4
3:36 fighting against these two as Kiryu gave me flashbacks to when you have to learn Tiger Drop from Komaki Jr,
Mf tiger dropped the air 3 times in a row and all i could do was sit back and watch in horror.
Love the vid and all the other yakuza content you're producing. It's one of my favourite series but also one of the most underappreciated when it comes to popularity and yt content, especially considering how packed the series is with amazing moments and characters. Glad to see that someone is giving it the attention it deserves!
Your commentary makes it so much better than normal I really have a good laugh and your editing gets better too

Can't wait to fight Jingu in Kiwami
@@tuxedocream but as a wise man said if you will be patient you will get sweet reward
"Number 1, Jingu fights in kiwami"
Ah shit, here we go again~
Not gonna lie, I thought I had to fight him again when it said "in Kiwami". I forgot he was in the original
Totally agreed, I still remember that time when I fought Jingu without Dragon Style... It was pure hell.
Great video, as usual.
indeed it is
I recently beat Kiwami on LEGEND and just came across this video. After how hard devilleon7 made it out to be in Jingu's part of the video, I feel really proud for having beaten him.
"top ten heat actions that would kill a man in real life" Wouldn't that be literally all of them?
No, I reckon I could survive being ran through with a sword if I was right next to a hospital. Bare-handed heat actions? No chance

*Tanimura laughing in the distance*
@@ashikjaman1940 Shit, I don't wanna get thrown off a roof!
I am glad you brought up Jingu ! I played Kiwami just last week and the resurrecting guards and Jingu shooting like maniac made it so hard and after that you have to fight Nishiki so one should not be reckless with health items during fight with Jingu
I just recently beat Kiwami. Beating Jingu and his guards were so damn hard! 😆 I’m glad someone as good as you had an annoying time with it too.
No no, Leo. You need to start it off like "What's up guys! It's ya boi, Leo here, back at it again with another video!"
Mr.shakedown lol
Dank God what difficulty are you on Jingu? Try playing it on legend and see how blessed you are.
I do agree shakedown is easy though.
4SidedStar I literally used up an entire inventory of Stamin Royales for the Jingu part,
jingu is easier than munakata in y4 in hard&legend difficulty
Excellent video. Just got to the Jingu battle in Kiwami today and I was thinking that I hadn't had such a refreshingly difficult boss battle in years.
I actually never had trouble with the last guy on the list,he basically just stands there for me as I kick his boys down to nothing
same, I just ignored his ass and focused on his goons first
Fucking police commissioner boss fight from the end of 4 with all the bodyguards
I've only seriously played Yakuza 0, and I can say the boss battles are pretty damn good. I personally think that some fights can be tough without cheesing things a bit (Kiryu's beast style, bit of a lifesaver), but they are at least fair once you got a handle on the basics. Grats on 4k subs, you're doing some fine work here. I do find your stuff to be quite helpful too. 😊
Ryuji Goda has been real quite ever since this came out
When I fought Jingu in Kiwami the first time, I haven't unlocked tiger drop yet... bad idea. I had to quit and unlock it first before I even got a chance. His bodyguards do so much damage and if you attack him with both bodyguards still standing, they gonna rush you, beat you to the ground and if Jingu throws his grenade at you almost everytime 60% of your health is gone. And I was terrified when I saw them getting up again with full HP.
1 jo amon

5 jo amon
Honorable mention to
jo amon
I'm just wondering, why did everyone find the Jingu fight so hard? The guns trivialize the initial part to the point where you're drowning in health items for the actual fight, and the fight itself was tough but far from impossible
There was so much content in 5 that I don't even think I even touch the coliseum
Who knew that Silent Hill's original music guy was such a hard hitter
bruh no mention of that 1 v 10 in yakuza 4 with Tanimura
Was I the only one who didn't have a hard time with kiwami jingu
Tiger drop
Yes I didn’t at all I used beast mode L2+R2 then went back to dragon and beat them with 6 hits
Nope, I didn't have a hard time too
About Jingu. His bodyguards, as you can see, enrage if you try to hit Jingu. So, at first, you should deal with bodyguards before moving on him.
2:36 Akira Yamaoka.... the composer??? For the Silent Hill franchise??!
This is best analysis of the Yakuza series bosses... I remember using the Drunken Master special where you consume Alcohol like Sake or beer and drop that crazy special.. Had to use it against Amon
This is great, since I'm almost up to Jingu in Kiwami. I always load up and Toughness Emperor drinks, but guns do massive damage. Even a cheap 50¢ foe can defeat you with a gun. I'll try to load up on protection from bullets prior to facing him.
I can't believe I wasn't subscribed to Devilleon7 sooner, I feel so bad now
I put a mod named “kitty drop” which change the tiger drop knock back into heat gauge filler and more dmg, so I can instant kill someone when I have lower heat gauge as the game have that mechanic after defeating a lot of majima(s)
i cannot lie, i literally beat jingu fight on hard mode first try (used healing items but w/e) but literally took like 15 attempts to beat the fucking car chase. it made me so goddamn mad. i even turned the difficulty down to normal JUST for the car chase and it still took me another 5 tries. I hate car chases in yakuza so much
ahh remember when the guys with guns come back up with knifes and dragon heat?
Just use staminan royale
Just use swords and guns and knives and tear Jingu a new one
At least an honorable mention should’ve been Saito in early game Saejima in Yakuza 4, it’s practically impossible because of the amount of stun lock and combo ending attacks he has against you, and early Saejima is just weak af. Had to learn the charge tackle for that fight and even then he kept dodging it.
Yup Jingu was definitely the hardest for me. I played it on hard, I didn't even knew anything about tiger drop at the time, I beat it on my first try luckily, but I started the fight with 17 emperor royales and had 4 remaining before the nishiki fight. After the Jingu fight I'm not sure if I want to fight him on legend difficulty
Let's not forget the first Man in Black encounter in Kiwami 2. Holy shit having a boss so early in the game when you have almost no heat actions or defense, and then giving them OP throws and a goddamn boot blade that combos half your health every time it connects is just sadistic. I feel like that's the Yakuza series rite of passage, having hard bosses in the beginning to make sure you learn how to fight properly, like the Kuze 1 fight in Yakuza 0.
I am suprised that you doesn't talk about boss coliseum in Yakuza 3 who got Mine's style like Valery Garett or even Yakuza 3 in general
Yakuza 3 is the hardest yakuza for me because you are really weak against boss, tiger drop is weaker than other yakuza game, heat move does ridiculous damage to boss ans they cannot be stunned..
But those guys with Mine's style gives me nightmare for how fucking hard -he- they were..
You HAVE to play counter-attack with them or else they will dodge, stun you and do a powerfull uppercut which deal a lot of damage..
Fortunately they nerfed in the next yakuza but hell they were horrible..
Verdade! E um belo desafio!
>"These top 5 are either ones that have left an impression on me recently, or ones that I remember more because they had more impact on me than other fights."
>"So if there are fights that you expected but didn't find here, don't be disappointed as, after all, this video is
purely subjective and is just what I think."
Yakuza Kiwami is harder than 3 believe me. Bosses now do their own heat actions and you can't react to them.
Dude there's one guy that fights like a lower than average but if you beat him 4 or 5 times he's easily one of the toughest guys down there why? He practically learns from ass whoopings and fights like Mine, he fights like a freakin beast.
Rodney Christopher yeah i know this guy, he's worse than Valery :s
He doesn't forgive if you dare attack him.
I only beat him in street weapon coliseum..
I’m happy u put jingu no1 made me have some pride for myself
Bought many weapons for jingu fight . Expensive katana from casino that stuns. Sunburst was the name I think . Made it much easier and I had many royale stamina left after the fight
Remember Arase, the guy from Kiwami that would constantly dodge your attacks and shoot you and was literally almost impossible to heat more than 3 times in a row?
I just started my adventure with the series, playing Kiwami first, and it's kinda relief knowing, there's nothing worst than Jingu. Enemies with guns can be frustrating af.
Majima in the original PS2 Yakuza was a real bitch, especially the underground fight where you can't see shit.
We call saijima’s “tiger drop” the “bear drop” since he canonically fought off a gigantic fucking bear with only his smackers
Headbutt drop LMAO
Im surprised Munakata is not on here 💀
For me, one of them definitely kuze. As a beginner, I only prepare 2 staminan royale and get f#ck up
That fucking Jingu fight man. I took all my frustration out on Nishkiyama afterwards
So Jingu is basically a harder version of Munakata?
SeruraRenge11 Munakata whiffs all shots if you use grab on his minions but Jingu may still hit you if you try to grab anyone. Also he has grenades and unlike Munakata he has some close range attacks ( mostly kicks )
My god, Munakata was a nightmare...
Other way around, actually; it's Munakata that's a clone of Jingu. And an easier one at that based on this video alone.
Surprised Mr. Shakedown isn't on this list, unless I'm just a noob
Am I the only one that got really pissed at the Gun dude from kiwami in the mission where you had to save shinji? Kazuto something? Like that man pissed me the hell off. Maybe there was some strategy for him that i didnt know or some ability that i havent unlocked yet but i swear to god i spent like 20 minutes on that boss.
It's Arase, yeah he was a bit annoying.
As far as Kiwami bosses go, I found Shindo somewhat harder. Arase is still annoying, but it doesn't take long to get down to a 1 V 1. Fighting a whole group of people when the boss is brandishing a katana is a pretty irritating experience.
@@choueriito2548 hmm, but Arase himself is quite annoying for me, Shindo was easier to 1v1 imo.
@@Maragidyne555 I agree. 1 V 1, Arase is the far more difficult boss but, just like with Jingu, it's getting it down to a 1 V 1 that's the challenge.
After reading the comments, I feel like I was the only one that didn’t have trouble fighting Jingu, the only thing that I can think of when its comes to the trouble I had was the Explosives he throws, but I just Juiced my way through it with Staminen Royales, other than that one attack, I didn’t have much trouble after learning the Pdth: cloakers you fight along side Jingu. Heck i’ll say that stage five Egashira, or Charon martinez were harder than Jingu.
Last one pisses me off, and i got dragon and everything
Something of note about David Diabol:
According to his lore, he performed several surguries on himself to basically become a superhuman, tested out his powers by going on mass murder sprees, swam to Hokkaido after the police van he was arrested in was pushed into the ocean, and continued to murder innocent people to the point where the corpses of his victims were assumed to be the victims of *bear maulings.*
So yeah, I think it's fair to say his difficulty makes a bit more sense now
The hardest boss is Otometal karaoke song!
jesus I could hear the rage in your voice during the Jingu bit lmao, can't wait for Kiwami to see how bad the fight actually is
Number 1: Mr Shakedown
Rand00mThing he's pretty easy once you get his pattern down
Mr Shakedown turn from mr kill me in one hit to my money making bitch overnight.
Rand00mThing Mr Shakedown could be a contender for hardest boss solely by going under the logic that he can face off against the player at the very start of the game.
That's like putting the Colosseum fights right after the tutorial for the game
mr shakedown had a rather predictable pattern and if you played old spiderman games and have fought rhino a few times, it's like that but with lotsa cash reward.
early on when I have no slime shotgun I just go for rush style or brawler, do light+heavy combo, run till he rush towards you, repeat till it dies, also mix with heat moves for lotsa money.
and the best thing is you can purposely lose to double your amount of money(atleast with kiryu).
when they start having ridiculous amount of health i just bring 4 slime shotguns and get done with it.
tsukiyama from club moon in yakuza zero was a challenge as well, he Dodges pretty much every attack you throw at him, hell dodge out of the way and combo you, and since majima doesn't have a competent counter attack, tsukiyama was a pain and a pretty big challenge if you don't know what you're doing
Yeah, he was pretty annoying to deal with, ngl. I literally had to shut my brain down and switch to Majima's Breaker style to even stand a chance against the bastard.
When I fought Tsukiyama, I was already salty at how stupid his Devil Moon Ability in the Cabaret Club since it took me 8 tries to beat that, than when I saw how much of a bitch he was at fighting, I used the lightsaber and Thug Style to beat him. Kotomi's lackeys were even more annoying. Most of them used a variant of Rush Style and kept hitting me faster than I could react when I was in Slugger Style and had to use Thug with Zap Guns to wipe most of them. I was glad I could finally get Mad Dog of Shimano after dealing with all that.
for me the amon family in yakuza 5 - simply gave up in the end.
Really? I thought it was pretty easy, in that it only took me 1 try (and no I didn't look it up before hand.) Shinada's opponent was REALLY annoying when he pulled a gate of babylon, but it never really did that much damage and I had more than enough health items to wear him down.
I'll let you in on a little something. The Yakuza game ain't like boxing, the man who gets beat down isn't the loser. The guy who can't tough it out to the end, he is the one who loses.
I personally had more difficulty with the Majima fight in Shangri-La than I had with. but a big part of that was definitely the fact that I wasn't prepared for that fight in terms of health items
Exactly like you !
all Amons are technically hardest boss of their games lol
+1 The battle against Jingu really is the hardest. Every time he and his MIA wings shot Kiryu down is such a frustrated experience. :)
MR. SHAKEDOWN>>>
Syahmie Shahar hes easy run around, hit, run around, hit, heat attack repeat. Just dont get hit
Came into this video thinking that I couldn’t do any of these, but am pleasantly surprised to see that I already beat the hardest guy
On what difficulty?
Evanultime just normal
Personally I thought mine from yakuza 3 was pretty hard.
Tron Edge that dude was a freaking beast to fight. Yakuza 3 was just difficult as a whole for the most part overly aggressive enemies that seem to always block all your attacks
He was, but there have been fights I found much harder I guess... Hell, 3 was my first game for the franchise too! I honestly didn't find it even as hard as the Saejima vs. Kiryu beach fight in yakuza 4. That one was rough because I'm terrible at playing tank and I had very few items to fall back on. Kiryu gave me a royal whooping.
Yakuza 3 really taught me how to block and counter attack. My first game was Kiwami and I figured I was decent at the combat, but playing 3 and 4 especially really helped me dig deeper into the combat.
I can relate to the first one since I had to burn through half of my sushi set to even finish Jingu
I think we should add honarable mention shin amon in judge eyes take away your pause menu and destroy your frame rate
When I play Yakuza Kiwami 2 I remember saying: “Lol. Kiryu is so strong, Imagine he’ll be a boss. He will be so hard XD”
Until I speechless in Yakuza Like a Dragon…
Don’t get me started on Yakuza 4. You have to fight him in that game as well.
@@shaneowoeye6408 I prefer a better graphics and Animation so yeah am really picky XD
I love your commentary, it's hilarious!

I find it funny how my 12-year-old little brother didn't have any problems fighting Amon in Yakuza 6.
He even beat him again this time in legend.
Ngl makes me really proud that i got through kiwami on hard even after capping myself to only 3 staminan royals and 2 tauriner++'s at a time in my inventory (after realizing spamming heals made 0 way too easy, even on hard) along with trying my absolute hardest to not use them unless ive already died like 20+ times and got very close to winning and REALLY didn't wanna restart, so i got through MOST the game without even using them suprisingly, most fights i got through with just pure grit (and anger cuz i was too stubborn 90% of the time to use them despite having them XD)
I actually laughed out loud a couple of times during this nice vid
I agree with Jingu being the worst in Kiwami. I remember getting so fucking frustrated with that fight, and it was in Normal difficulty for me. Watching this video I was kind of spoiled about Amon, I never even knew he existed, hah. I guess I should go back and try to finish all substories in my Yakuza collection! Btw, I found that Tanimura's final boss was almost as frustrating as Jingu, in Yakuza 4.
devilleon, i know this is a subjective list, but i'm surprised you didn't had The Obatarian in your list.
The Cougar of Kansai really is a force to be respected.
