I'm 78 years old , seeing the 53/56 f-100 ford pickup always take me back to my childhood . It was a simpler and more innocent time in my life .

I definitely get the Grandpa’s truck thing. My Grandpa bought a 1970 F250 highboy new. I always loved camping, going shooting, and stopping to get a Frosty before we went home. When he passed I snagged his truck that had been sitting and rusting away for over 10 years. I always had a dream of restoring that truck but after 20 years of sitting around (and rust seaming insurmountable) I finally gave up the dream this past year and sold it. Congratulations to this man on following his dream and restoring Grandpa’s truck. Sweet ride!

Why would this even come up? No one has said anything concerning Chevy's. This is a revue on a '54 Ford truck.

It’s definitely not original why he said that makes no sense. There is no badge’s no bumper on rear nothing. It’s completely modified all over. I have an original truck one owner and it’s hard to find a complete original truck because of these guys modifying everything. An original nice matching numbers truck will bring a heavy price in mint condition and I have one luckily.
