Great job on this video. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH. I thought for certain I would crack the screen but I pull outward on the plastic around the bottom and sides and it finally came apart. WHOO HOO, new 512 m.2 and 16GB ram upgraded. Very happy with it, so much faster than brand new.
Thank you for this video tutorial. I upgraded mine to 32 GB. That is the maximum mine will support. I do photo editing on mine, so the 32 GB will help a lot better. It came stocked with 6 GB. It seemed as if the computer always got louder under heavy use. Now, this doesn't seem to be the case. Only time will tell. Great video!
be extra careful removing the panel it is secured very firmly try to use a wider spudger if possible and work at the adhesive before attempting to seperate from the body.
Great video. I got my RAM upgrades installed, but when I put the AIO back together, it won't power up. When I removed the screen from the chassis, I accidentally pulled the ribbon cable from the back of the screen to the motherboard out of its socket. I hadn't even noticed which way it was inserted into the socket, and it's very cheap flimsy ribbon cable with blue tape on one side of the contacts and copper contacts visible on the other side. Unfortunately, it doesn't matter how I try to reattach it, the power still stays off. No light on the back by the power cord, and no LED when the on-off switch is pressed. Do I now have a boat anchor with new memory in it, or is there some way to fix this? Help!
Thanks for the comment.. sir, first check the memory is supporting or not check with your old memory if pc is ON. There is no problem with the pc. If not, getting ON check with HDMI OUT or IN your PC with Hdmi cable. Still No display you need check with any service centre. Thanks 😊
i have a question, my all in one says it only has one port for ram, ive been scared to open it to check, that means im stuck with 4gb ram? or can i stick another 4 gb of ram or even two 8gb of ram

I tried installing extra ram into this computer. I was able to get everything in place fine but when I turned it I can hear the fan spinning but the screen stays black. Tried the hard reset by unplugging it and holding power button but no luck. Do you know what the issue could be? It powers on but the screen stays black. Any advice is appreciated.

you can use 8GB also if same Megahertz
There is a metal cover over where the ram is for you, everything else looks the same. There are no screws for it that I can see. How do you remove it?
Memory slots doesn't have any screws. I think you saw the metal cover on the m.2 SSD. There is small screws for m.2 sad.☺
