Doesn't seem to be a lot of common headwear in game that do more than basic damage reduction and SPECIAL stats, which cap out at 10 for Fallout 3. But this hockey mask glitch alone could make you a freaking god in this game!

hey trapped there is a glitch to get back into the sierra madre again using comp vouchers look into it its an insane glitch but only problem is getting out is hard something to do with big mt transportalponder and using it in the right spot to escape again
So my thought process is in theory this should work with radiation headware as well yeah? Like a BoS helmet that is Rad resistant +3 if you up that to say +1000 then in theory you could walk right up to the front door of vault 87 and not die.. I'm curious to see if this works with rad resistance or not since the max resistance in Fallout 3 is of course 85%

I'm giving F3 a break at the moment, but once I finish saving the galaxy in Mass Effect - again, stoopid galaxy can't look after it's junk - the waste land is in for a shock. Mwah ha ha ha haaaaah!
Yes, I think so too. You need two copies of an item and the condition of the items need to be different. That said the glitch only works if your also wearing the suite.

The Broken Steel DLC and the Operation Anchorage DLC are two different DLCs. You don't need one or the other to play both. If you have just the one then you should be able to play that one without the other.

Well darn, I just beat Fallout 3 and I'm onto new vegas, so ill keep this in mind for my next Fallout 3 playthrough
new vegas has a glitch for 100 skills which anyone can do as long as you did not leave goodsprings

It's a cool trick and very versatile. As long as you have the kit you can do it with almost every stat.

I love this exploit. But unfortunately, I tried doing it with the Enclave officers hat ( energy weapons ) and it doesn't seem to work.
Try getting the hats from two NPCs and try to make sure that they are both different conditions.

The Hat of the People, but it’s unique and obviously you can’t get two of them.
Sadly this really only works for some but not at stats since you can get every stat on hats. That said you can still wear unique hats on top of this.
