I loved jeepers creepers!!! One of the best horror movies of the 21st century and such a original horror movie!!! The two lead characters were great and the actors were amazing!!!
Definitely within my top 5 of horror movies! Was super bummed how long 3 took to come out and was a major let down unfortunately. The first movie left me so uneasy haha. Even though the director committed those crimes I cant help but separate the art from the artist and continue loving the movie. Will forever be a favorite. Wonderful review as always!!!

Love this movie! I remember seeing this at my cousins cause they had ordered it on PPV & I loved it the moment I saw it, plus it creeped me out on the drive home haha. It was done so well & I agree, Justin & Gina were perfect lead characters, they really sold it. And The Creeper.. he's definitely creepy! But I loved his look as well, I'm hoping it's true that there's going to be a third one being made, 'cause I want to see it. I liked the mystery of the Creeper, he's certainly a character that can have a few more movies done with him. Great review yet again!

The video is on youTube, and is it me only me that thinks the got some design ideas & look from Wishmaster when he came out the gemstone & said i can smell your fear!?! And I agree, their relationship was very believable & was one of the best parts about the movie. I never understood the music correlation to the Creeper, anyway Awesome video bro as always. Looking forward to Part 2, and can i request #Nightbreed & #RawHeadRex when you get time...

The story, performance's, music, images, astomphere, tension, and cinematography was absolutely and positivity horrifying and terrifying. 😱😰 It was such a nail-biting and intense thrill ride as it kept me on the edge of my seat. 😱😰 Jeepers Creepers is definitely and completely a great addition in the horror genre as he will make a excellent horror icon. 😍💯😎👍 To this day the ending still gives me chills and goosebumps 😱😰 and I still watch it and I consider it a classic. Finally watched this two days ago. I loved it. I saw Jeepers Creepers 2 a long time ago and remember really liking that one so years later I finally got around to watch the first movie. Didn’t disappoint.

And yes justin long and and gina Phillips are great in this movie. I liked them both in this film. The endings always been kindve sad to me though. Drumdums ever watch "The Strangers"?I thought that was an interesting movie. I just watched it again recently after not seeing it since it came out and it surprised me. A good suspense and there are scary scenes that are kinda hidden in the background that you have to look for, but once you see them you're pretty creeped out. Figured you might like it cause Halloween has a lot of suspense as well as those creepy moments where Michael appears in the background and the movie doesn't have any hints to the audience along with it (music/sounds).
I've been waiting for this review for a while now, and I'm quite satisfied with it. Great review! Though, you made a little mistake. Hearing the Jeepers Creepers song doesn't get you up shit creek as you say. The woman who told them that when they hear that song they have to run, is a psychic who knew that the creeper would be close at the time that song started on the radio. Great review though, really enjoyed it.
There's Scream Factory Blu-Ray releases of Jeepers Creepers 1 and 2 that I might pick up someday, since Scream Factory is so excellent in terms of film releases and since I only own the films on DVD.
i really did enjoyed this movie when i was a little kid i was 6 years old and i wasn't scare by the creeper i think he was really cool and i like his costume what a badass costume that the creepers has and he is a really cool villain and i love Trish Jenner in this movie played by Gina Philips i think she did a great job in this movie and she sure is beautiful and gorgeous too and i had a huge crush on her when i was 6 years old and i wish she was in more of these movies she had a small role in the JC3 2017 i wish that they could of used more of her in the third installment of the Jeepers Creepers trilogy but overall i'm gonna give Jeepers Creepers 2001 a 10/10 stars i really did enjoy this movie and i can't wait for the upcoming reborn for Jeepers Creepeers 4 i'm so excited to see that move
To me every actor in this movie plays their character to the max idk if that is just a perfect coincidence or what. Justin long really does wonderful at being scared you can genuinely hear the fear in his voice and you start to feel that fear with him that’s something no movie has ever done before. No matter what crimes victor salva has done in the past we all know he done some terrible and disturbing things but one thing is for sure he made a badass and amazing horror movie at one point in time I always separate art from the artist
I like this one a lot, too. Heck, I even like the sequel. However, I can't financially support anything with Victor Salva's name on it. It's a shame, too, because I do think he's a talented filmmaker.
Remember being blown away by this at the cinema, went in blind and had no idea what was coming. A unique horror film, the sequels could never live up to it. Salva got a bit pervy on the sequel mind, almost as gay as NOES2, but without the innocent 80s charm that film had. Scarecrow intro scene was quality mind.
I really don’t understand this sudden obsession with the Filmmaker’s pervy past... its always been a known fact since Powder as the kid was active on the issue over 20 years ago... he’s on record stating it’s all behind now... de Salva was tried under the law and has never had any other allegations surface.... I just watched the film last night. I found the film to contain two of the most dumbest characters i have ever seen on film. It film while offering a promising start, dissolves into a bunch of horror cliches.
Every 23 years/Every 27 years. Both feed off fear/Prey on young people. Both are shapeshifters(somewhat). Aaaaand the main characters name is Derry.... is this dude ripping off the King? Is this dude copying Pennywise?!

Thank for the comment. If I'm being honest, I'm seriously conflicted about the whole thing. When I did this review, I was able to separate his crime from the art, (and when I literally just found out about his crimes last year). But now I am genuinely conflicted. What he did was atrocious and in my mind the worst type of crime. So I'm not sure if I will be able to watch his films without that "cloud" being there in the back of my mind. I feel for his victims and I can't even imagine what they're going through.

It is one of the episodes from unsolved mysteries if you type that in and you’ll find out real fast that I solve mysteries and type in the title jeepers creepers are solved mysteries express from a true story but they don’t have that creeper in their Just someone with a vary forbidding look to him

This movie was great....after watching it we got in the car and i swore we heard some shit on top of the roof of the car lol....but Jeepers Creepers 3 was horrible

I really did enjoy this movie and Trish Jenner played by Gina Phillips she did a great job for this role and she was so awesome in this film and she is so incredibly sexy as hell bro and she is so gorgeous too and I had a huge crush on her too back when I saw this movie when I was very young and she was so good for this role too and I love her to death man and Darry Jenner played by Justin Long he did a great job too as well and he was so good for this role and it was nice to see him in a horror movie too and Jezelle Gay Hartman played by Patricia Belcher she did a great job too and she was so awesome too but she was barley in this movie tho but she was an interesting character in this movie tho and Sergeant Tubbs played by Brandon Smith he did a great job too but he barely in this movie though but when he was on screen he was so good for this role tho and finally The Creeper played by Jonathan Breck he did a good job too and he was so creepy in this movie and he was so badass as this character too and I really did like his costume too in this movie and I like he can fly in this movie but at the end of the film tho and can’t believe it’s been 23 years now since this movie came out and it’s almost the 25th Anniversary when this movie came out and where are the odds 23 days and 23 springs he gets to eat lol and that what makes this movie worth watching for and I was 6 years old when I saw this movie and I was in 1st grade at the time when this movie came out and I never got scared by it and it was my first horror movie too back then and I sure do missed those good old days back then and time sure does flies in the movie world that’s for sure Lee and overall I’m gonna give Jeepers Creepers (2001) a 8/10 stars I really did enjoy this movie but could of been little bit better if it had some sexual content for a change and have the movie be little bit longer too and didn’t not like the ending that much either but that’s just me though in my opinions and thoughts on this movie Drumdums brother

I just watched the film last night. I found the film to contain two of the most dumbest characters i have ever seen on film. It film while offering a promising start, dissolves into a bunch of horror cliches.
Every 23 years/Every 27 years. Both feed off fear/Prey on young people. Both are shapeshifters(somewhat). Aaaaand the main characters name is Derry.... is this dude ripping off the King? Is this dude copying Pennywise?!

Thank for the comment. If I'm being honest, I'm seriously conflicted about the whole thing. When I did this review, I was able to separate his crime from the art, (and when I literally just found out about his crimes last year). But now I am genuinely conflicted. What he did was atrocious and in my mind the worst type of crime. So I'm not sure if I will be able to watch his films without that "cloud" being there in the back of my mind. I feel for his victims and I can't even imagine what they're going through.
@@DrumdumsOfficial yeah Salva is a scumbag but that's not going to stop me enjoying this movie. Just like Spacey being a creep isn't going to suddenly make me stop watching Se7en ever again.
