With global shortages of face masks its time to take matters into your own hands, be part of the solution, not the problem and make your own face mask. Save the purchasing of manufactured masks for the hospitals and medical workers that really need them. Learn how to make your own fabric face mask in a few easy steps. I use a sewing machine but this project can be very easily sewn by hand. Hoard toilet paper and water if you must but please just make your own face mask.
This mask can be used as a dust or pollution mask as well. Furthermore it come in handy if you're famous and trying to keep the paparazzi at bay. In a pinch it could be useful in staving off frostbite on your cheeks and nose while mountain climbing and likewise work in place of sunscreen in extreme climates where corona virus is frozen and likely no threat.
