    looks great, would love to try it but why the lemon in the water?

      The lemon juice protects against corrosion with longer term use. You could also swap it for 1 tsp vitamin C or ascorbic acid.

      ). The asparagus was so good, perfect for me. If you like them real country you can steam for a couple of minutes in the varoma. Thanks for commenting. Collette x
