    Great Tracy. Thank you.
    The sauce comes from Worcestershire here in England, we abbreviate the County and the sauce name to Worcester - pronounced, more or less, as ‘Wuster’ sauce. Hope this helps x

    For the purposes of the video, I see how you would want everything ready, but at home, you have three minutes waiting for the eggs so you can start the toast after dropping the eggs to have warm toast with the eggs. Thanks for showing the use of the blade cover. I could see making hollandaise sauce in the machine first too and putting it off to the side.

    my wife bought these plastic egg poachers from temu, for cooking eggs in the microwave,. years ago we tried microwave poached eggs and they were like rubber, these things actually work, and 2 eggs in our micro take 45 seconds to have a runny yolk with cooked whites, but it took a few goes to get the timing right, and no need to drain the eggs ,its our go to method now for poaching eggs, our microwave actually cooks something instead of reheating food

    This seems incredibly complex to me. I have these plastic covered cups, 1 teaspoon of water in each, an egg in each, @42 seconds in the microwave (YMMV), wait 30 seconds, and perfect poached eggs.

    Hello, i have just received a tm6 as a present second hand . I am in uk. Would you be able to do a virtual lesson for me to explain how to use it and run thru a recipe with me?
    Thank you sarah

      @traceydibartolo-thermomixc3392  Год назад +1

      Hello Sarah. Thank you so much for your message. Congratulations on your TM6 - you are very lucky to be gifted one!
      I am in Australia, and so the time difference would make it a little tricky for me.
      What I would suggest is that you look at the Thermomix Website (based in the UK) and request that a local Consultant get in touch with you. This common practice in Australia and I hope that it is the case in the UK also.
      In the meantime, please feel free to subscribe to my RUclips Channel where you have lots of choices of what to watch.
      I would also recommend that you research COOKIDOO in the UK - this is where you will find all the recipes you see me making.
      Good luck with your Thermomix Journey! Best Wishes Tracey

    • @traceydibartolo-thermomixc3392
      @traceydibartolo-thermomixc3392  10 месяцев назад

      Thank you for watching my videos. I have not ever tried poaching eggs in the shell using the sous vide method....There is always more than one way to achieve the same outcome, no matter what we are doing. The trick is to find the method that suits you and go with it! Happy Thermomixing, cheers Tracey

    Is it possible to accidentally destroy the blade cover by pressing the wrong speed? Cheers

    • @traceydibartolo-thermomixc3392
      @traceydibartolo-thermomixc3392  2 года назад

      Hi Mark. My honest answer is that I don't know....primarily because I have never done so myself (so I cannot speak from experience). The instructions that come with the Blade Cover definitely states "Reverse, Speed 1, with a maximum temp of 100 degrees" and I have not tried anything different.
      So my advice would be - follow the manufacturer recommendations and stay at Speed 1 or lower.
      Cheers Tracey
